  1. The Good Wife Round Table: "Foreign Affairs"

Alicia into Will's arms? - Doubtful...
The interesting thing is that Alicia knew about Peter's affairs and moved past it in her own way. Although I would like to believe she simply accepted the situation for what it was and stayed in the relationship for her children and because Alicia preferred to keep things tolerable. Peter isn't forgiven, he has tainted flaws and loses appeal when he and Alicia are screened together. He is just not good for Alicia and yet things remain the same. Kalinda and Peter was in the past. Peter slept with several women and Alicia knew that, but finding out about Kalinda broke Alicia the most. Will is probably just as shady, and there is so many things we might not know about him. Alicia just has much thinking to do, but for the sake of the show it is doubtful that all odds would go against Peter, even after this blow.

Kalinda's reaction would be uncertain, but the situation would come out and they would have to face it. Alicia usually tries to brush things away while still accepting the inevitability of a situation. It makes her actions unpredictable. Kalinda on the other hand could either be extremely emotional or extremely closed off. She could break down, just as much as she could change her entire life to suit a different situation. There is a lot we would not know about both characters.

Okay, the season ends... There were plans to buy a new home together, that would be put on a hold. I believe Alicia is broken. She tried to close her mind off from Peter's hurtful mistakes and his cover-ups winded up biting everyone up. They might actually have to face what they've been avoiding and I hope they do. I definitely do not want them under the same roof, not the happily ever after type. Alicia is lacking some serious less drama in her life. Way overdue!

As soon as the reporter mentioned Alicia as a politician, I thought 'wow that might actually be a good idea'. I doubt she would be 'The Good Wife' if she went up against her husband the next round. Hey just a thought, but Alicia could still be a 'good wife' if she got rid of Peter and remarried. Everyone should be better for it.
  2. Nikita Review: "Into the Dark"

@Carollynn Lee Long We've always seen a bit of Michael show concern for Nikita even before they got together. His concern now is not for whether or not she could take care of herself, but in this scenario with Owen, is whether she would let her compassion for Owen get in the way of her judgment. Nikita is very caring and with that she could make simple mistakes. Michael knows she could handle herself, no question. I admire the progress each character has given to their roles.
  3. The Good Wife Round Table: "Wrongful Termination"

The Good Wife manages to tie in complicated story-lines and create a beautiful series. I laughed at the talking lion. Andrew Wiley presents as an interesting investigator.

    Favorite Scene?
Although the talking lion was a good comic relief, I appreciated Alicia's conversation with Louis Canning. When he asked Alicia for a ride because his driver was out sick, it seemed like he was doing his usual scandal, but he just wanted to offer her a job. It showed growth in his character as he pointed out that he doesn't carry work at home. He was offering Alicia the opportunity to have the same relief. That was exceptional acting from both parties that delivered an interesting scene for two rivals.

Will: Settle down or afraid of being alone?
The latter. Will's relationship with Tammy started off on a rebound from what he was going through with Alicia. It turned into a thrill and now it is forming into an iffy relationship. The only thing they lack is decent chemistry. Although they are the occasional flirts, they haven't progressed into any other stage. Will seems unable to really define what he himself is doing and it leads toward his fear of being alone. The only thing that pulled Will and Tammy together is the fact that she was leaving. Will pleaded with her not to go, because what would he be without her.

    Stern missed?
It was touching the way he was found, lying on a couch listening to classical music. He would be remembered for what he made L&G. It seemed like he would more be missed by Will and Diane than the audience on a whole, since they would have had more interactions with him.

Why is Cary putting his position at the State's Attorney's office in jeopardy in order to protect Kalinda?
Quite simple actually. Cary has grown over the few years we've known him and he has learned to be more caring. It is no surprise he loves Kalinda, a good friend in his life. He did not like seeing her desperate and out of options. Kalinda has limited people in her life that would look out for her like Cary did and that probably means a lot to Cary.
  4. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 255

(Voice over) Sometimes all it takes is to see that we are not limited by the glass in front of us. The dreams we see through the glass are just as reachable as the impossible.
  5. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 255

Callie: Break the glass or walk right through it. I could fall or wake up to an incredible dream.
  6. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 254

Meredith: Okay how is that even possible? So that's how they do it!
Christina: No they are not allowed to do that?
Alex: Just what the doctor ordered.
    April: ...but it's a shower.
Alex: Not the kind of shower I'm thinking of.
Lexie: Okay guys! we need to practice our lines a little better than that for when Callie walks in and Alex, put that away!
  7. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 254

Just realized this, but thanks for the honorable mention for the Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 252. Greatly appreciated!
  8. In Plain Sight Season 4 Promos: The Return of Mary Shannon

Finally, it's about time they aired something. Yah for a Mary return!!!
  9. The Good Wife Round Table: "Ham Sandwich"

    Favorite Scene?
Alicia and Carey... took everything by surprise. It was good for them to have a decent conversation after weeks off banter on opposing sides. It shows that at some point in the future, they could actually work together.

    Alicia's Drinking?
What drinking! Alicia does not drink too much! Most we've seen of that was to get the edge off, but like Matt said, she hasn't once flashed her boobs at work.

Lockhart/Gardner and Bishop, it's inevitable. Even though this recent interaction was sullen, it was no surprise the kind of person he was and what he was capable of. It all depends on the following case. Lockhart/Gardner needs to get back on their feet before they decide who they kick out, until then well...

    Kalinda and Peter's secret? Reaction....
(loooooong pause) At some point there were eye rollers when Blake kept rattling on about Kalinda's past (argh, tell us something you haven't said before blahblah). Then Blake revealed the big jaw dropper, hold up, REWIND! What! Definitely unexpected. Blake surely landed the final blow, leaving Kalinda herself rattled and speechless. I don't think there would be any coming back from that one. It was enough for Alicia to forget the ones she did not know, but she's bonded with Kalinda, that one would hit hard. Maybe this would finally give Alicia the excuse to break away, she needs out of her misery.
  10. Pretty Little Liars Round Table: "Monsters in the End"

    Favorite Scene?
Spencer and Toby kiss. I knew the moment Spencer didn't see Toby when she went in, that she was mislead. I was still uncertain as to Ian's role in this, but through her relief, she did have her shoulder to lean on.

    Scarier?
The clowns had that misty eyed scary touch that lasted throughout that moment, but something about the videotapes seems creepier, more sadistic and scary for the girls, knowing that there could be copies of personal conversations and things not meant for camera lurking out there. Sadly that does not go away.

Mona reading Caleb's letter to Hanna? Aria and the profile?
Not best friend worthy, more of a jaw dropping moment when Mona decided to open the letter. Hannah is responsible enough to learn from situations like this one. It was Mona-like, but not being a good friend in this case.
As for Aria setting up the profile, as much as the teenager side to her might have been okay with Hannah's idea, I applaud Aria for her maturity in confronting Ezra instead. This brings up new revelations for their relationship which is complicated in the sense that they do have feelings for each other, but age-wise they would have a lot of catching up to do. Aria should not be dealing with her boyfriend having an engaged ex, that is a lot of baggage, but the writers create an Aria that matches up to the challenge for the time being.

    Samara vs. Paige?
Too much extra drama, while Emily has her own hectic drama to deal with. Maybe being single is the best option right now.
  11. Pretty Little Liars Round Table: "Monsters in the End"

    Favorite Scene?

Mona reading Caleb's letter to Hanna?
Not best friend worthy, more of a jaw dropping the moment she decided to open the letter, but too naive of Caleb
  12. The Good Wife Round Table: Debut Edition

    Will Peter win?
He knows how the game is played and with the support from Eli, a win seems likely.

    Team Neither!
Probably for the whole of season 1, team Will would have been ideal. Now Will seems lost, unable to reassure himself of what he wants, letting a silly voice message control his relationship, and Alicia is seeing different sides to him that makes Will's character questionable.
Peter has done everything to fulfill his needs and none addresses his past mistakes. Alicia should not have gone back with him without serious penalties, there is a lot they have not addressed, which makes his actions more deceiving towards the attempts to patch a beyond repair marriage.
    Team neither all the way.

Alicia should stay right at her home Gardner & Lockhart, I guess Bond is really out of the picture now.

Kalinda and Cary cute, but better as friends.
  13. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 252

Meredith voice over: ...and then there are moments where the people you love, become the ones you count on the most.
  14. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 252

    Meredith: What's this?

Derek: Reading "The TV Fanatic team Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 252"

Meredith: Is that a picture of us Derek?

Derek: Hmm All black, maybe I should wear that for the next episode.

Meredith: So you aren't the least bit creeped out by this!
  15. Grey's Anatomy Caption Contest 252

    Derek: Sign here and here.

Meredith: I thought Addison was the last person you would give this to. Well there's no turning back buddy, there is no getting out of this marriage! For better of for worse!

Derek: What! These aren't divorce papers!

Meredith: (Utters "can you tell me the time" while she sips her coffee)
  16. Pretty Little Liars Round Table: "Someone to Watch Over Me"

    Favorite Scene?
Toby and Spencer at the fire place. Toby didn't have that support when he was a suspect, so being there for Spencer and holding her hand, was the reassurance Spencer needed to avoid running away. It also implied they had taken a step further in their relationship. Are they dating? Most likely that is the least question they would think about, but it's good to see that Spencer is not alone, someone else actually knows what she is going through.

    Caleb and Hannah?
Caleb blew it big time. As reassuring it was to hear that he stopped spying the moment he and Hannah formed a relationship, it doesn't excuse his initial intentions. He did feed Jenna some wrong information, and that shows his loyalty, but he has a long way to go before they reach the stage they once were. As for Lucas, isn't he into someone else? Maybe they might work better as friends.

    Aria hiding Ezra's mementos?
WHY LEAVE THE BOOK ON TOP OF THE PILE!!! I think she could explain that her English teacher took her special interests in books at heart, but why would he sign Ezra instead of Mr. Fitz? As for the moments, bad idea! ...but I thought the spoon was cute.

    Fibers in Spencer's bracelet?
Why is Spencer a suspect again, because she lied about Ian?
A teenage girl lied about a crush she shared with her sister's ex, now husband... very suspicious! Why isn't Ian a suspect? He looks the part. After Spencer's mom asked if she framed Toby, I felt sorry for her family's influence in her life, believing a complete stranger over their own daughter, not even the least bit suspicscious of her claims. You guys are right, the amount of times Ian threatened Spencer, she should have a recorder or wire attached to her, let's have the cops discredit that one!
  17. Fairly Legal Review: "Coming Home"

As much as I would like them to explore the problems in their marriage and mend the tears, what we have to work with now is far from that. Justin and Kate have a good connection, a deep friendship and a promising future. I believe that if Kate takes the necessary steps she could use her mediator skills to make sure everybody wins. Justin pointed that out precisely and ignoring the broken, doesn't make it fixed and Kate should know better. I believe like any human, she wanted to avoid her already loaded problems and feel satisfied in her romantic life as the only thing personally she can control, but with Justin she always keeps one foot out the door.

Downplaying what she did to him, by putting her client first, was one misstep which has occurred before in their relationship. Justin might not be flawless either, but he's willing to fix things. The identity theft case came off shocking when Kate believed the reaction from Claudia was unexpected. Agreed, Kate should have tried at least to sensitize Claudia to the situation first before revealing the person that caused her a load of problems and then be told to bluntly forgive the situation. Claudia took the first chance she got to get even, and that was the expected reaction.

I had actually hoped for a reappearance from Claudia, to face Sophia, but a lot of good that would have done. Kate's skills as a mediator suppressed her skills as a lawyer, which probably limited her perspective of how complicated that situation was. So to a point, her reactions could be justified, still 'completely surprised' should not have been the exact response, especially just letting Claudia go without mending things. I truly hope she and Justin work things out. This series manages to merge comedy with reality, therefore relating with each character that comes up more human for their decisions.
  18. Hellcats Review: Setting the Season Finale Stage...

What was Dan thinking, it just doesn't seem sincere with him and Savannah. While it may seem like the end of the show would come if Dan and Marti ended up together, it could just be the opposite, if the writers are as creative as I know they could be.

There are too many loose ends that don't make up for a Dan and Savannah reunion. Dan could just be single, nothing is wrong with that and Savannah could find someone that suits her. This just isn't working.

As for Vanessa, it's still frustrating over the poor execution of the split with her ex, it just doesn't matter. Hmm Alice does provide a good comic relief.
  19. Pretty Little Liars Sneak Peeks Galore: SIX Clips from "Someone is Watching Over Me"

Hmm Ian doesn't seem all that worried about the search. I just don't like Spencer's family for choosing to believe an outsider as opposed to their own daughter. Poor Spencer.
  20. Parenthood Review: "Qualities and Difficulties"

@MM2 Relationships are tough, we understand that Jasmine was controlling, out of line and even to the point unbearable. When Jasmine shouted at Crosby, it is fair to say she overreacted to the typical Crosby remarks, but let's be fair and say that Crosby did say some things to a Jasmine who is also struggling to figure out what their relationship means. She herself was having doubts about them and that's understandable, but Crosby had a choice and the way to fix a problem, is not to create another one.

That situation as we see, made Jasmine lose control over her own life. She was even willing at one point to let go of her controlling issues, just for a while, so she could get to the root of the problem and mend her relationship. Crosby didn't have to sleep with someone else, but he did. The moment things got troubling, Crosby ran away. You cannot run away, not when you say you love someone, and not when you have a son together, it's also too easy that way.

The only sad part to this, is that it could have been prevented. Had Crosby held out a few, or be as controlling as Jasmine and beat her to her own faults. They are only human for their mistakes, and as soon as Crosby realized what he did, he cried tears of anguish, that must have been difficult to admit and he must have been broken.
  21. Off the Map Review: "It's a Leaf"

Relationships make for any drama series, sometimes it is what viewers fall back on to carry them through each week. What was recognized with Shonda Rhimes' collection of drama hits; 'Grey Anatomy', 'Private Practice' now 'Off the Map', relationships drive each episode along. What made 'Off the Map' attractive in the beginning was the adventure; doing things you would not normally do in the average hospital.

Adventure made the A plot and relationship fell into the B plot. Recently this scenario has been reversed and I am not certain how it pans for this series. The objective of relationships has been done and redone time and time again, but for a show that specializes in uniquity, it has jumped into the occasional romantic drama that is distracting from the overall plot.

Although the HOT Mateo make for an interesting drool-a-ton, his undeveloped, opaque role can be confusing. He's supposed to be secretive and in hiding, yet we see him running around as though his 'bad boy' image is by pure word of mouth.

What could make for a decent turnaround, is the center for an island drama instead. Something unique, yet simple enough to drive the series into a decent direction. Until that, I fear that a hit would lead to a seriously blow and I really like this idea of helping others with the nature of medicine.
  22. EXCLUSIVE: Maggie Q Speaks on the World of Nikita

Maggie vests into her character, which makes Nikita strong, yet vague, adding to the suspense that drills this series. I believe the center around Alex is a storytelling of Nikita's life, so Nikita is represented through her.

In fact we get more Nikita scenes to allocate, but the recent attention pull on Alex is to facilitate future scenes with Maggie, not to mention more with regards to Michael and Nikita. We have only so much to keep us going until the season commences, so much more to be revealed. I appreciate her humor, it's probably what also makes Nikita such an interesting character.
  23. No Ordinary Family Review: Behaving Like Charlie Sheen

Seemed a soap opera too much, with the upscale of love dovey moments. I expected more from Stephanie who clearly surprised on her knowledge of her husband. By the point they reached the true love conquered all, I couldn't really care. It somewhat disappointed me that the "true love" didn't kick in before and Jim's obsession would be revealed to him.

There were many disappointments here and as much I route for the series week after week, this episode puts a dent in the shows appeal to somewhat bleak.
  24. The Good Wife Review: Who Got Voted Out?

Oh Will, I think you really disappointed Alicia this time. In fact for the viewers, Will has shed many eyebrow raiser moments that make us question where he stands. Of course he has this relationship thing going with someone else, but where does he stand with Alicia now that he knows she did not get the message?

I laughed at Will and Diane's comment about them being a couple without the sex. Quite frankly they do act like a couple, their friendship goes deep and I'm glad things came through in the end for them.

Although in the beginning I routed for a connection between Alicia and Will to resurface, it was troubling that they allowed a message to control their relationship. It's even troubling now Alicia might consider staying with Peter permanently. I may not completely want a relationship for Will and Alicia, but I know that a relationship between Alicia and Peter would be headed for the worst.

Even as we have a real feel to politics and Peter prevailing in the polls, he hasn't shown much compassion for the past. He merely grabs situations by the throat and makes demands that appear convenient, but nothing more. He is not forgiven.

I enjoyed the reoccurring guest stars. Diane's Ex BFF definitely brought all to the table, you could sense that she and Diane were no longer friends. I was happy to have Bond leave, his plotline soured with his absence. He should have at least been suspicious of a Diane and Will's bond (no pun intended). They have been getting closer, even in their staged fights. It was shocking of him go against Julius' word. Even with all the trickery, we were all thinking what David Lee said while Bond was throwing Diane to the curb (Move On with IT!!). It didn't seem as good knowing that Will and Diane were wining and Bond was set up through Julius. Bond sure has a lot of people that just "don't like him". Let's also applaud David Lee for his comic relief during what could be a stressful scene, at least he now had Bond's office for his secretary (?).

Although I like that Zach takes interest in wining one for his father, I don't appreciate him getting in bed with Becca. She is not as trustworthy and her recurrences have been proven distracting to Zach. I was surprised Jackie was not even the least suspicious of her intentions. She is usually picky about the people she likes. Along with Kalinda, at one point I expected Blake to be a helpful lookout for her, but we haven't heard from him since their altercation. Is it premature to warrant a relationship, even a small friendship. This was the first time we've seen Kalinda uneasy.

Question: why give an address notification? She didn't give an old one? Her anonymity was what made her personality, things have seriously been changed.

I am uncertain of the destination this series would carry us on, but it looks for an interesting journey.
  25. Parenthood Review: "Qualities and Difficulties"

I applaud Jasmine, even as she is a strong woman, she broke down in tears. That shows how much of what Crosby did hurt her, and how much she loved him. What hurt the most for viewers, is the fact that Jabbar has to suffer through this, believing in the lie that Crosby is working on his boat, who knows how long that would last?

This was an inspiring episode for Sarah, who actually smiled for most of the episode... and yeah a definite "had an affair" were the words expected from Joel, but I'm glad it was the "I would not let that happen" speech instead, it would have been a messy turnaround afterward.

Adam actually annoyed me, he screamed throughout this one, but his speech with his son along with Kristina, made for the better. There is no doubt that this isn't a good series. This just shows the troubles this family has to grow through, as there are many other families that have their troubles, it's good to see the realism in their struggles and the joys in their happiness.
