im i crazy or did blair not do the same thing to Chuck in the beginning of the season...i mean of course it wasn't exactly the same...i mean she didnt want Chuck to sleep with the guy but she did manipulate Chuck into a scheme for her own benefit....and Chuck forgave her...why can't she forgive him for the same thing?!
The Chair scenes were AMAZING!!! My heart literally skipped a few beats when Blair and Chuck were talking in the room and she was holding his face telling him that she loves Chuck so much it consumes her. OMG! and the look on his face was priceless and heartmelting!!
Everybody's saying that the last scene was boring or needed to be better. I thought it was perfect. It didnt need to be over the top. It's Chuck and Blair. Just Chuck telling Blair he loved her out loud and to her was enough!!! It was beautiful.
I am so excited for Season 3. It really is going to be a long summer with no new GG!!! August 31 cant come fast enough for me!
I had my doubts about this episode. I wasnt really looking forward to the flashbacks. like everyone else, I was just waiting for some really great Chair moments. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the flashbacks. I thought it was interesting to see how Lily grew up and why her relationship with her mom is the way it is. I like that we got something about Serena and Eric's dad.
..As for the Prom, I thought it was incredibly sweet how Chuck wanted to make Blair's prom perfect, especially after ruining (unintentionally) her deb ball. I kind of wish we could have go more insight to how that all came about...i kind of feel like the whole thing was rushed...we didnt see them get ready or anything...idk
I CAN NOT wait until next week's season finale episode...I hope Chuck finally comes to say that he loves Blair...but I have a feeling that there will be some very hot, intense, epic Chair scenes...cant wait!!!
She looks awesome! Come on people, you forget where she went in this outfit! "The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion" COSTUME Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art! Anything less than something that pops out at you at an event like this would be totally unacceptable. She looks great. And its Louis Vuitton...seriously people!
oh...and claire...i totally agree with what u had to say about blair not moving in for herself....i was thinking the exact same thing...i feel like if she really wanted to move in with nate she would have done so without hesitation! if she's asking chuck how he feels about her, there must be something still inside of her waiting and longing for chuck but she's trying so hard to hold it in because she's afraid that he'll hurt her again.
i think the idea that chuck should encourage her to make that decision for herself is the right thing to do...and i think him doing that should show blair just how much he's changed and how much he truely cares about her (if he's willing to let her go if that is what she really wants).
can't wait to see this episode!!! i really hope chuck finally tells her that he loves her, but i have a really strong feeling that he won't for some reason.
I absolutely L.O.V.E this clip!!!! It's about time Nate manned up..i was getting tired of his broody, just let things happen, no backbone...thing!! lol! He's absolutely right too. Chuck needs to man up and tell Blair how he feels. I can't wait for that moment when he finally says I Love You to Blair. and he better say it too because if he doesn't i think i may just throw a brick at my tv!
