most of the comments i am reading are saying that Ryan should not come back at all. period. end f discussion.
My hope is that a little bit after they finish and kill or capture Harper Dearing (more than likely he will be killed) they will bring back Ryan for no more than 3 or 4 episodes. Just to finalize things.
The whole reason she ran was Dearing knew how to get inside her head, which Ryan claimed to have thick walls for. However, he knew where her son went to school and all the extra-curricular activities he did. And he knew how to get her to run for the hills scared.
Dearing did something with a judge who had her ex-husband released from prison and it terrified her. her priority was to keep her son as well as herself safe from harm. Dearing knew that was the only way to get rid of her without having the entire DOD after him as well as NCIS.
My opinion is that after everything ends with dearing, there will be a showdown with Ryan's ex, that will be very interesting. I will take that as the end of Dr. Ryan on the show. Not death of the character, just that ends all reasoning for JLC to still be on the show.
i like the unspoken attraction, but i would love to see em sneak behind Gibbs...
IF there will be a Tiva... don't like that name by the way... it be TO(ny)(zi)VA
ANYWAY IF there will be a ..TOVA.. i'm almost positive that Gibbs will be pissed and make an ultimatum. They would be breaking rule #12 Never Date a co-worker. And if Gibbs has to break up the team cause of it it will also break Rule #5 Dont Waste Good. If anything...they might sneak it behind Gibbs.. who will catch them.... this will be Intresting :)
for me Personally, I liked JLC on the show as Gibbs love of the season. First, Mark and Jamie already have that on camera chemistry from several other projects (Freaky Friday: JLC was marrying Mark...loved seeing Mark in that type of roll (:........ OH SHIT I just realized that JLC has played two roles as a psych doc with Mark harmon... wow) ...
ANYWAY, there will be no chance for a Borin/Gibbs relationship, they have that good work relationship and the characters are just too similar.
Dr. Ryan will more than likely make an appearance in season 10. the whole reason she left was in fear of her Ex that Harper Deering had released from prison. So more than likely we WILL see her again after that has ended.
Diane Neal will not be made a regular, at least I hope not. I like her as a recurring guest role.
as for @Michale....please just shut up, i know i have just joined and am late on most of the postings....but you just seem very annoying. Especially when asking for the writing/producing staff to kill off characters
...sadly i am just now reading this article. I give huge congrats to Brian, he's been part of the team since mid/end-season 1. His character never really being stable bugged me a lot. Now if I remember correctly at the end of season 9, Palmer said he wanted his family/team to be there at the wedding and it wouldnt be right without them. So, for all we know he could have been on a plane back to D.C. Brian was LONG OVERDUE to be put on as a regular and damn right deserves it.....but something is seriously urking my gut about it. It was confirmed that David Maccallum is signed on for another two years, but with Brian on as a regular, it could mean that Ducky will be letting Palmer take over more....especially after his heart-attack. So who knows... this may be Mr. Maccallums last contract for the show.
only time will tell
