I totally have to disagree as I think this was one of the best episodes of the season. what made season 1 so much fun was the fact that we didn't have any expectations of the show at the time, it just hit all the right notes and now that some of those notes are being missed people are unfairly turning their back on the show which is very unfortunate. only on here do I get the sense that people aren't tuning into the show all that much, yet among my family and friends we all love and can't wait for Mondays to watch Sleepy Hollow as it remains must see TV for us. don't get me wrong though there were somethings I hated this episode... Ichabod and Abbie totally had their own bunker just like supernatural lol but instead they had to be heroes and save lives and now its gone :/ and the preview for next week's episode couldn't give me more of an eye rolling moment than it did. they went the ultra predictable route with Katrina and are going to turn her "bad"
*Must the Werewolves look like rejects from the Grunge era ? seriously, what is up with all the flannel and denim ?. *I wanted Haley to smack the stupid face of that one annoying vampire broad really really bad. * why does hope need a army of hybrids to protect her ? I'm kind of lost on this issue, and I don't really care to learn about it. I mean once the threat of Dalia or freya is over she will no longer need a army obviously. * as I watched tonight's episode, particularly the scenes involving Elijah. I said to myself "boy am I tired of this red door / flipping out hallucinating Elijah". although he did look like a badass with all of that stuff pierced through his body.
Lucifer would absolutely have to be end game. that is where supernatural screwed up big time. it just doesn't make sense for anything else to be as evil or diabolical if the show continues post Lucifer
Man I could not agree more with your assessment on Tyler... and to top it off he got dropped again for the 200 time in the shows history !. once Klaus basically made him his bitch his character never recovered.
I'm all for Caroline and Stefan hooking up, but there scenes tonight were super duper cheesy. Goodbye Jeremy!! his character peaked when he was a hunter. it's all been downhill for him ever since. so I will not be shedding tears for him next week. And it's about damn time Tyler grew some balls with Liv... yes she has a nice big rack and all, but Tyler was such a whiny little bitch always arguing and trying to get his point across to her. Enzo and his stalker story is the last thing I'm interested in. it's just so boring, I already forgot why he's trying to get back at Stefan. what a way to ruin a cool somewhat dangerous vampire. remember how mysterious and awesome he was just last season ? he was essentially season 1 Damon, and now his scenes just give me douche chills.
Oliver rocking the Kristoff look today. Ahhh yes,and Roy's trademark bulging eyes made another appearance today when the camera got his reaction to Olivers Arrow lol.
This really was an excellent episode, not once did I think of Crowley or Castiel. I agree with the reviewer about the portrayal of this which, she seemed a lot more intimidating than Rowena for sure. Rowena to me is just too campy and belongs in the Batman 1966 TV show.
Glad to have Malese Jow on my TV screen.I had a massive crush on her way back in the day on Vampire Diaries, and it's nice to see her looking oh so pretty. I also couldn't help but laugh out loud at the prisoner Barry took out for questioning. He had on all his piercings and a bandana on for odins sake lol. I hope they don't cheese up Gorilla Grodd and have him be a horrid CGI character. I'm curious to see how he looks when he is officially revealed. *What was up with the preview for this episode though? all it showed was Barry constantly making out with Linda and that didn't happen at all in this episode

I absolutely agree with your assessment on Katrina.
Ichabod Unleashed !! Lol that was a cool highlight for the episode. by the way I couldn't agree with you more on your assesstment with cool villains getting killed off too soon. there have been a good handful of villains that I wish didn't get killed off right away, and tonight was another one to add into my handful. Irving not being on the side of good also came as no surprise to me.But what is up with Henry? If he is no longer the horseman of war than just what the heck is he and why does he still have powers ? I also do not want Katrina to go bad. her character grew on me a lot tonight and with the loss of Irving to team evil it wouldn't make sense to have Katrina also go to team evil as well. Also if the show does intend to introduce Lucifer I really really hope he is portrayed better than he was portrayed on supernatural.
