   Reason he got in so quick was that he was a stowaway, pure and simple. Had a law enforcement background and wasn't sent by the PTB.. unless ofcourse, recruiting the wife and then saying she couldn't take the 3rd child, with the expectation that what then played out, would play out. Ofcourse I could be a consiracy nut .... lol

   Re the whole ammo issue, that was the first time the surviors had time and the chance to pull apart a mech gun. Pope was surprised to discover that even the ammo was of human origin. Also sometimes people are just that thick for a moment, we all do it, smack ourselves in the head and go, why didn't I see that or think of that. So I find that part of the episode to be fairly real.

   You're right she would of gone to the hospital for a full exam, even though the guy was dead they still had to put together a case for the female partner.
