I'am not all high mighty buddy and the show never said they had sex one time! But I've never did the things that Damon has done! So maybe I'am Morally pure! Compared to Damon you can say I'm freaking saint. Lol my god people would be in prison on death row for some of things he's done. A lot of characters would be in prison. But right now were talking about how your defending his actions. I don't know if you have a career yet. But maybe you should become a defense lawyer and defend people that have committed such crimes.
It's amazing to that you actually think Damon had sex with Caroline or Andie one time! I can't believe some people are defending his actions! This maybe a TV show but abuse and rape still happen in real life and to defend Damon who forced Caroline and Andie to stay against there own will is unexceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves for defending such things! I do not believe that the characters are forgiving of Damon. You can tell there's still a lot of tension between him with Bonnie and Caroline. I'm sorry to be forgiven you have to ask for forgiveness. It should never be assumed!
Damon needs to truly feel bad for what he has done to the people Elena cares about and he should apologize to Caroline for what he did to her. He should apologize to bonnie for trying to kill her and to Jeremy for snapping his neck! But he apologizes to Alaric for killing him! I'm sorry you can not denied the things that Damon has done and hasn't shown remorse for.
Compelling someone to stay and not be afraid is forcing someone to stay without physically making them. Oh and let's not forget that Damon was going to kill Caroline if Stefan didn't put vervain in Caroline's drink. Now Damon also got Andie on his own into the tub. But once he revealed that he's a vampire. Damon had to compel Andie to not be afraid so he can have someone to talk to, feed on and have sex with him. Remember Stefan telling Damon that Andie isn't a toy. He's right she isn't and she was staying with him not out of her own free will. But because she was compelled not be afraid of him. Now don't get me wrong a like Damon's character on the show but I'am not going to give him any excuses or a pass on his past actions on how he treated people. For Elena to ever be with Damon and for her friends to ever except them together.

Tyler is in the birthday episode. According to spoilers he actually says no to klaus's command in that episode and is surprised how easy klaus let's him not do it. Things are leaning towards Jeremy leaving.
@AmyGirl The DE is very popular. But they compete with SE fans. It's about 70 to 60% Delena and 30 to 40 % Stelena. As for #forwood there's no ship war so everybody for the most part likes them.
There was a recent pole I saw of who people prefer to see be in a relationship and there were 8 different ships and Forwood came in a strong 3rd behind Delena and barely behind Stelena. Forwood was at 13%! Now that means that those people are watching it for Forwood and that's just counting people that saw that pole online and voted. Because not every fan goes online to talk about TVD and vote on poles.
Forwood is the most popular couple in the show because there's no ship war. About 89% of the fans like Forwood and good percentage would stop watching if they ruined them. Including me! It's just that the DE and some SE fans choose Delena and Stelena first over Forwood. But more and more keep jumping on the Forwood band wagon!
@evelyn Vampire's have been portrayed as hero's before. Have you ever seen Angel, Blade or Underworld? If you watched TVD you would know that Caroline doesn't feed on humans and all she does is care and help others.

7)Will the writers get rid of some of the dead weight on this show. There's no room for both Matt and Jeremy. So hopefully one of these 2 are leaving MFs.

It's most likely Jeremy or Matt who really don't have much of a SL. So you never know it could be Liz, Katherine or Carol as well that leave.
I'm really surprised none of you picked Caroline Forbes! Did we forget that she went from victim to victor embracing her vampire self and learning to control her urges. The list of heroic things Caroline did that goes unnoticed.

3) Helped get Stefan out of the well.
4) Saved a compelled Matt from trying to kill Tyler. If she didn't knock out Matt. Tyler would of be forced to defend himself and may have killed Matt trying too.
5) Caroline also compelled her own mother to protect the Salvatores.
6) She also risked her life to help Tyler through his transition into a werewolf. Which also kept in from escaping and doing any harm.
7) She jumped Dr martin in the bar so Elena could escape and then had to expose herself to save Matt's life. Which Matt has never thanked her for by the way.
8) She also helped Matt get away from Tyler in his werewolf form with her strength and speed.
9) She saved her Father from Damon killing him even after he torterd her!
10) Caroline also saved Carol Lockwood from the ghosts.
11) She also found out that Anna had the necklace.

Well according to a recent interview with Julie Plec on Wetpaint she said Tyler and Caroline will feel the intensity between them and won't remain platonic for to long. So I don't think it's Tyler or Caroline leaving. Can't be Bonnie since her mother's coming to town. Matt needs to pay his bills so I don't see him leaving the grill. lol Alaric is staying because I know he's going to meet Meredith. But the two that make the most sense are Tyler to get away from klaus for a while & Jeremy because he looks like he's a danger to himself according to the promo. But Tyler already left town last season. So I'm leaning towards Jeremy.
