     I wasn't so shocked by Jenna death but it was tough to watch. I like that she didn't go out begging for her life . I was shocked that they killed off John the only parental figure left for Elena and Jeremy. And I loved the funeral scene with Johns touching letter to Elena. I guess Elena can never question Johns love for her. As usually Caroline and Tyler scenes are unbelievable! I think a werewolf and vampire romance is something new and different and it needs to happen between these two. Can we get more screen time for these two as well?

     They faked bonnies death because using all her power on Alarics body would of been a waste. That wouldn't kill the real Klaus. Now that he thinks Bonnie dead he no longer needs Alarics body. Bonnie needs the really Klaus to use her powers on.

     I don't think there was anymore to say about Isobels story. She had Elena out of wedlock, she was a good person that got obsessed with her work and then became her work. She regretted leaving Alaric and never knowing Elena.

     Great episode!!! Matt turning on Caroline makes room for Tyler to come in and save the day. He's going to beat the crap out of matt for not keeping his promise to take care of her! Forwood here we come!

     For those who care more about the supporting characters then the main characters dying. I hope that the jeremys and the Alarcics don't die. But they don't carry the show. So if they got killed it wouldn't make a big difference in the story line. But you kill off characters that have so much more of story then that's a mistake. So you better hope a Caroline, Damon, Tyler, Bonnie, Stefan and Elena don't get killed because then the show will go down hill from there and the supporting characters won't have anything to do! It's these main characters that give eveybody else a purpose.

     And by main characters I hope they include Katherine, Jenna, Isobel, John, Liz, Alaric, Mrs Lockwood and Jules. I would still watch if any of these characters died and would still watch if they killed Matt off.

     Kill Caroline off because she became such a great character and they don't have room for another character on the show? This ain't the Lost cast here. Lol there's plenty of room for Caroline and the writers want every character to be great. But you wouldn't get rid of a rising star so you can then give more air time to deadwood. But the way it sounds like according to Julie plecs last interview that Caroline and Tyler are sticking around for a while.

     The beauty of Candice as Caroline goes right back to the pilot when she’s like “Why doesn’t anybody ever pick me?” You see this bitchy mean girl that’s is exposing her most vulnerable fear that she’ll always be the second choice. One of our goals when we went into season two was we have to give our family, our team, let them shine. Kevin’s the one who came up with the idea to turn Caroline into a vampire, we already knew Tyler would be a werewolf. The two of them have this terrific chemistry so we were able to tell both of their stories at the same time and they took on a life of their own both individually and as romantic potential pairing that has given us a lot of opportunity.

     Also why does a main character need to be killed in the season finale? Last years season finale was awesome and no main character got killed. They did killed mr Lockwood and Anna who was a good character but it wasn't going to make me that upset to stop watching the show.

     I think it's sign of desperation for ratings when you kill off any main character and usually back fires when it happens. More people get upset and stop watching then love the thrill of being shocked!

     I think it would actually suck if Tyler died. His character is becoming more interesting and that would be horrible that Mrs Lockwood would loose her husband & son. I would also like see a relationship developed between Caroline and Tyler. I think a werewolf vampire relationship would bring in a lot more viewers then killing a main character off for the shock of it.

     Candice is such a great actress. She steals every scene and has become a great character on the show. She has great chemistry with all the actors and especially with tyler. I'm looking foward to seeing more of Tyler and Caroline together in the future.
