I love this season but there should definitely be more kissing!
Absolutely love this season. It's been one of the best. The vows were romantic, the honeymoon with the wild west theme was lots of fun and best of all there's been lots of Caskett time in almost every episode. I agree about Bad Santa being a downer but Kate's poem was sweet. The new mythology about Castle's dark past should add a good twist to the rest of the season. So far I'm really loving season 7!
I'd love to have Kimberly come back to Salem. Goodness knows Theresa could use her mother! There's so much story there for the Donovans that it's the perfect time to bring Patsy back. I hope the show is really considering it.
And they were both on CBS hit primetime soaps back in the day Patrick Duffy/Dallas, Susan Sullivan/Falcon Crest. They might just know one another already.
Sorry Molly D. I have to say that I'm absolutely loving it...but everyone's entitled to their opinion.
I'm assuming he means "In the Belly of the Beast" which I personally loved. (It took me a while to figure that one out!)
I agree that Jennifer and Daniel were fun in the beginning and that the writers have never really given them a chance. As said above, they've been apart more than they've been together but if nothing changes I do wish they'd break them up for good. The on again/off again is annoying.
Sue Ann, There was an entire montage of Beckett investigating Castle's disappearance and it showed how the weeks went by. If you were only listening and not watching, you would have missed it.
I agree that the Kate's already married storyline from the finale was pure silliness and a waste of a good finale. The car run off the road was sort of a cliche but I didn't take it as hard as some fans because I never expected the wedding in the finale. I can't really say why, I just had a feeling. I do believe they'll give us a wedding within the next month or so and I don't mind waiting as long as it's done well. I didn't mind the mini D.C. story arc and have enjoyed most of the other long term arcs as well. Now we're on to new territory with Castle's past, which he's always avoided talking about. I expect the first two episodes to be angsty with lots of twists and turns before we get back to more fun episodes. Overall, I just can't wait for the season to get started.
As much as I love Caskett, the show is basically a crime procedural first and a romance second. I'll always want more romance but this isn't a soap opera. If that's what you're looking for than move on. I'm looking forward to this new mythology. We spent six seasons searching for Beckett's mother's killer and as much as I enjoyed it I'm glad it's over. Finding out more about Castle has been a long time coming and the twists and turns should only enhance the mystery.
