  1. Once Upon a Time Review: What Cannot Be Undone

Bored, do not hate on Hook.
Sorry, but anyone hurting Rumple or(AND) Belle is instantly hard to like for me :(

I hope that there's a hell of a redemption plot for Hook written latter on to justify this.

Emma having to eat crow and admit that she was wrong was brilliant. Now she should just go and make up with her wife before Regina blows up the whole town or something.

I actually liked Charmings this episode - mainly because Snow and Charming started to face REAL problems relationships would face. THat intrigues me.
  2. Once Upon a Time Review: What Cannot Be Undone

NOnonononononononono NOOO. YOU DO NOT do that to my Belle :[
Especially after she spent the whole episode being so perfect and AWESOME :[

Uhh, Hook, why oh why do you make me so easy to hate you :[
  3. Vampire Diaries Spinoff Rumored, To Feature Klaus in New Orleans

YOu've got to be kidding me. Is it april first yet?

One Plec-Run trainwreck soap opera is enough, no need for it to multiply and clog even more tv screentime that could be spent on far better shows.
  4. Grimm Review: Intersecting Adversaries

I do think Nick put two and two together on Renard being a royal:

    - He knows you need royal's kiss to awaken Juliette and now he sees Renard and Juliette have this whole thing.
    - Adalind implied that the Royal is someone close by.
    - Nick had more than few situations of suspicious stuff happening in the police itself.
    - Nick is a cop.

Its not hard to put two and two together and figure out that Renard is who he is.
  5. Haven Review: Death Becomes Her

BRILLIANT episode. So many new questions, so many great scenes.

I am beginning to think that Vince and Dave will turn out to be some sort of antagonistic figures - they seemed more amused than frightened by Tommy's torture and its the second time Vince mentioned killing(the first time was in S1 finale when he confronted Nathan's real father and he was scared shitless).

Also the last Vince's line about "Everything being the way it's supposed to be" was hell of a creepy one.
  6. Haven Review: Holloway House

Also its hilarious that Claire cosplayed Buffy, considering Eric Balfour was in Buffy's pilot two-parter episode.
  7. Haven Review: Holloway House

Although I now fear that these memories will start to influence who Audrey is -we already saw Lucy Ripley “influencing” Audrey Parker’s personality in S2, just because of few small memories and now she basically is getting a ton of info in her brain. Does it happen to her in every cycle? She starts remembering and goes off the rails? Would explain why the newspaper brothers biggest fear was “Sarah”.

Also Claire and Audrey chemistry still continues. Seriously, I could watch an entire episode made of them just talking to each other in an empty room. SO. MUCH. CHEMISTRY.

Also really getting pissed at the irrational hate Jordan is getting from the fangirlsa all over the net. She is awesome and tragic character and does not deserve the sexist backslash that the fandom is giving her and generally the whole pairing feels genuine and beautiful(that is if Nathan is not being his usual Season-three-jerk self).
  8. Haven Review: Holloway House

Well this was amongst the best Haven episodes ever.

I love how DIFFERENT Lucy Ripley feels from Audrey Parker, everything starting from the looks, the way she walks and stands, down to the different pronunciation and speech patterns. fascinating. I am guessing “Sarah” will be different from both Lucy and Audrey too.

Gods, Emily Rose is brilliant actress, Lucy and Audrey LITERALLY feel like entirely different people.
  9. Grimm Review: One of Two Choices

    Very unfair review.

    - I love that it was a genuine ghost story. No contemporary rationalization, no wessen ability. Just a complete unknown which makes the idea even more chilling and made the ending to it even more freaky. Its easily amongst one of the most chilling storylines this show has ever done and the portrayal of La Ljorona was just as creepy and chilling as the myth itself(which is easily, imo, amongst the most horror-inducing ideas in terms of folklore)

    - I LOVE that we are seeing more good wessen in the show.

    - Juliette's inclusion to the storyline felt very genuine and nice, hopefully we will get more of that and its nice to see her sort of falling in love with Nick again, despite not remembering him.
  10. Arrow Review: Deadshot

I'm not sure if Oliver really knew about Laurel and Tommy, that guy is pretty good in hiding his thoughts. But I really think we don't need this love triangle.
We saw him spy on them in the end of first episode, so yeah, he knew.
  11. Arrow Review: Deadshot

And Arrow continues to be THE ONLY show worth watching on CW.

    Another BRILLIANT episode.

First of all - FUCK YES for Laurel kicking ass. Makes me think that her best friend will get killed somewhere along the way, leading her to go down the path her comic-book self went.

A Capable and badass female characters is pretty much unseen sight in channel like CW, so its more than welcome.

Also LOVE that the show is not dragging out people finding out who Arrow is - the characters are portrayed as perceptive and capable and I would not be surprised if someone else (Laurel? Merlin? Oliver's sister?) would figure it out before the season ends.
  12. Once Upon a Time Review: Magic Is My Crutch

    Great episode.

Eh Rumple, you are honest-er than before and at least you ARE showing some regret now, but its still because of consequences, not because of concept, like Regina. You still have a long way to go, but its nice to see you for the first time, actually willing to do that.

Hook is obviously a revenge-driven type of character. There's a certain sense of parallels with Rumple taking Hook's love and Regina taking Emma's and I would not be surprised on if Hook would become Emma's love interest, which would create lots of delicious conflict for both Emma and Hook in terms of their allegiances.

As of promo, could it be that Whale is Dr.Frankenstein? If so thats....VERY neat and in kind of a different flavor than previous backstories.
  13. Julie Plec Calls for Peace Among Vampire Diaries Fans

    And behind the scenes:

Plec: YESSS, yesss, fiiiiiiiight my minions, fiiiight amongst your selves, lest you notice all the gaping plotholes and awful writing quality that has been going on. fight about ships so I can cover up my writing mistakes, yesss...now how should I bait the shippers again. Quick! I have to think or fandom will start talking about the inconsistencies in plotlines and Elena's mary-sueness!
  14. Once Upon a Time Review: Dangers New and Old

I think he has a bit of his other grandmother in him. So once is borrowing from other stories that are not truely fairy tails.
that was already established in Hat Trick

Everything that "our world" contains as fiction, exists somewhere. The doors in the hat hints to various non-fairytale lands like Neverland, Oz, etc.

Mulan is also not a fairytale character(since she is fictional historical figure of china, sort of chinese Arthur)
  15. Once Upon a Time Review: Dangers New and Old

Also this episode truly showed the difference between a broken-down person who lost everything(Regina) and someone truly evil and malevolent(Cora).

For Regina, her magic, her "Evil Queen" persona was a wall she would use to defend herself, to protect her broken heart.

For Cora - its who she is and always will be. She can masquerade as noble knight or a poor powerless woman and no one would guess a thing.
  16. Once Upon a Time Review: Dangers New and Old

Well this was certainly a weaker episode than last week. Great, but certainly weaker.

I guess Cora's a villain now too and the show is setting up the last showdown between the mother and the daughter this way.

Also I bet Snow's little secret will come back to bite her somehow when Charming finds out why exactly his mother died. And the person to break the truth is right here in storybrooke - all George has to say is that he cursed Snow to never have children and Charming most likely will put two and two together.
  17. Revenge Review: Looks Like the B!tch is Back ...

I would love for the WHM to know how he was being filmed, by what object, and by whom. This is like Superman/Clark Kent. How does he know and nobody else?

    1. He found a hidden camera by nolan in his home.
    2. He was implied(after confrontation with Emily) to have noticed the camera in Conrad's office and winked at it, towards Emily.
    3. he clearly got interested in that seashell before leaving victoria's hideout.
  18. The Mentalist Review: A Desperate Grief

This was seriously amongst THE BEST Mentalist episodes ever aired so far.

Perfect , angsty and sad exploration of Patrick Jane and what the loss of his family means to him. There's something horribly depressing at watching him imagine/hallucinate the daughter whose life was taken from him. And at the same time the show manages to present it quite comically.

Seriously depressing episode and easily amongst the best.
  19. Revenge Review: Looks Like the B!tch is Back ...

Oh double standards, how I love thee, I guess this was worse than half of Gossip Girl kitsch then, I take it?

Anyway, for me it was pretty much perfect episode for purely the reason that Emily for once did not exactly get what she wants - her plans were turned around and she did not achieve a rift between Victoria and Charlotte. I doubt she will stop trying though.

the only small annoyance in the episode was that Emily had to be saved from white-haired man. I would rather preferred her to defend herself, but I guess writers for some reason want to keep her free from murdering someone. Oh well, and that still is not enough for this brilliant episode to go down to 3.5, because brilliant episode was brilliant.
  20. Once Upon a Time Review: A Heroic Quest

They all abused power because they could.

And Regina, someone who was abused and controlled her entire life suddenly had the power to break free from that, to do whatever she wants...and that kind of temptation, magic or not, is what Rumple banked on.

    Its not about right.
    Its not about wrong.
    Its about power.

Gods, I can't wait to see where this journey takes Regina.
  21. Once Upon a Time Review: A Heroic Quest

And I do not think that its just magic addiction or stuff like that. Its about power. We have seen magicians and kings abuse their power in this show(and I have no doubt that its a huge influence from Jane Espenson who had similar ideas in Buffy).

As the saying goes absolute power corrupts absolutely and the prospect of having "magic" - shaping the world to your liking is what is addictive. But in a way its no different from Gold's wealth and influence in S1, August's "freedom" in "real world" or King George's reign in FTL flashbacks.
  22. Once Upon a Time Review: A Heroic Quest

The whole episode is exactly that - exploration of from where Regina came and where she is going. In some ways of course it parallels Rumple's own journey of redemption, although Regina seems to try to put way more effort into it right now.

What can I say, yet another great episode that put tears in my eyes and the show continues to be amongst the best that there can be.
  23. Once Upon a Time Review: A Heroic Quest

    PERFECT episode.

Oh, Regina, my heart breaks for you.

Here we have a character, who was pushed around her entire life in desperation, having lost pretty much everything she cared about(which pretty much looked the same as what Snow was doing in "Heart of Darkness") and here she is trying to change, to be the old her for her son and, for the first time since long, she is actually opening up to all those emotions, not putting up those walls or "Evil Queen" persona as a psychological defenses.

And after all theses years, she is finally trying to escape what her mother did to her.And its beautiful and makes her character thousand times more fascinating and relatable.
  24. Grimm Review: Feigning Death

Anyway, what I DO love is that Grimm continues to carry a right message of women being able to defend themselves and being capable and resourceful. Kudos for the rapist dying a gruesome death too. In the times when half the shows on tv have meek weak type of female characters who are not allowed by writers to do anything, but look pretty, the approach that Grimm uses for their female characters is refreshing and welcome.
  25. Grimm Review: Feigning Death

Juliette and Nick - yet again, awesome. I love that the show continues to build their relationship while many of others shows would have just used amnesia as a way to get the actress of the show. Its fascinating and touching and its VERY easy to root for those two crazy kids to get back together.

Hank? Awesome, yet again. The actor plays the whole situation REAL WELL. You can see his conflicting feelings over the whole cop thing, you see just enough of confusion over the whole impossibility of current situation and you see just enough wonder of him being utterly fascinated by all this weirdness. And at the same time you can still strongly see the trust Nick and he share as partners. I got to say that Hank was not that interesting previous season, but in this season he really REALLY shines.

Rosalee and Monroe geeking out about clocks and zither players? YES YES YES.
