This is a good looks win though. I am totally in love with Blair's dress! And while Chuck is my favorite character, Nate is definitely the best looking guy on the show :]

It's about time he stepped up and did something like this for her. He knows she loves him, and it seems like the entire time they've been together, or whatever the hell they are, he's rubbed that fact in her face. (eg. limo scene last episode: "is that the only reason?") She fought for him like a crazy person, and she really deserves some sort of reward for that. That and Chuck needs to stop being such a pansy.

Yeah, as far as Nate being sincere goes, I don't really know. It might just be because I'm so very biased towards Chair, or maybe it was just Chace's acting in that particular scene. Whatever. I'm just happy that Chuck is finally going to get it together and do what he should have done a long time ago. (I know I sound like a broken record, but it's totally true: he's being a pansy and I can't wait for it to stop.) Go Chair! No offense if you're a Nair fan though. If he doesn't win Blair, at least he'll still be around to look at. Chuck might be my favorite character, but Chace is definitely the best looking out of all the guys on the show :]
Oh yeah, that's something I forgot to put in my other comment: Chuck's hair is disgusting. Stop wearing it parted. It looks terrible. Geez, what were the people in the costume department or whatever's in charge of his hair thinking?? It was hot in season 1. It was all dangerous-ish and badass-like. Now he just looks stupid. In season 1 his clothes might very easily have caused a controversy over his sexuality, but if he had the haircut then, there would have been no controversy because nobody would be arguing about it. It would be all too obvious. CHUCK! FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT (and ours too) FIX YOUR HAIR! PLEASE! THE BUTT CUT IS NOT ATTRACTIVE!

Just kidding, that was a bit harsh. Nate has the potential to be a really nice guy (anybody remember him last season?) but now he's just being a total douchebag. He is currently playing the part of the empty-headed pretty boy, and doing a very good job of it. All he wants right now is to beat Chuck.
However, he did bring up a very good point in the clip. Chuck is being a pansy. His half-assed (but still adorable) attempts to get Blair back (i.e. the limo scene in Southern Gentlemen Prefer Blondes) are starting to wear him down. He loves Blair, but he needs to take charge and tell Blair that.
As a last thought: I think Nate should get back together with Vanessa at some point. Their steady relationship was a refreshing sight. (PS I love how when he broke up with her, he was talking to her like it was entirely her fault they were breaking up.) I am SO glad that the writers are FINALLY going to get Chuck to do what he needs to do. Stop making Blair grovel at your feet! Be a man! Tell her, you pansy, or your douchebag friend will take her! (and she'll be miserable too if that happens. I'll be miserable too. Thank god it won't happen though)
