I am a Chair fan and I'm sad to say that I think Blair will choose Dan. Blair I knew would never have started relationship with Dan Humphrey. This Blair no longer exists.

@pty,Not only in India and China are fans of Chuck and Blair. I can tell you that most of Europeans are their fans. Too bad that the writers are not interested in our opinion.

After all these shipwars we all need a little laughter. I don't know why, but first thought after seeing the face of Blair was this scene. However in the books, they both are bisexual. I can't stop thinking about that scene and I can't stop laughing.
I am one of those fans who will not watch the sixth season if Blair choose Dan. And not because I don't like Dan, but because it would be boring to watch how Lonely boy becomes plus one or Blair - trying to be a powerful woman and housewife from Brooklyn at the same time.
As far as I remember this is a show about "scandalous lives on the Upper East Side". Not a Cinderella story. A happy couple can be interesting and fun, but the way writers presented Dan and Blair could not be determined otherwise than as boring.As friends, they were fun and I watched them with interest but as a couple - no more boring thing.
Blair is no longer the Queen B. And never will be again, because (as she told Jenny in season 2) to be queen, the people should be afraid of you.If follows shes own advice, she must choose - love or power.
If this is chemistry, I can not see it. Penn's face does not express any emotion. I know that all fans of Dan and Blair will be shouting at me, but that's my opinion. I want to enjoy my favorite series, but I do not. Everything is so monotonous and boring.
When the dowry is no longer on the agenda, I'm sure that the writers will invent something else to keep Chuck and Blair apart.

I'm agree with @Marry that friendship is love. But another kind of love. And I have one friend like Dan. We share the joys and disappointments, we read the same books, like the same movies, we rely on each other in difficult times and love him, but there is no spark between us. To get between two people must have passion, desire to start every time they touched. When I was 20 my grandmother used to say that any problem with my boyfriend I can fix it in bed ... Remember "The Notebook". They had nothing in common except a passion.And constantly quarreling, but their passion drew them to each other and they were happy together. I'm not seeing this chemistry between Dan and Blair.
