Snake-- I like your list much better. I would take The Blacklist over Awkward (even though I love it).
The Entertainment Weekly article made it clear that this was always the plan for Carter. And Henson knew that she was being killed off before any one else--- a long long time before anyone else. My consolation is that it is POI and we always have flashbacks, and I hope we see more of Carter there.
When I heard his dad giggle, I had to rewind the show and listen again-- I was that is Rumple's laugh....... great casting and what a laugh
To me, this was the biggest reveal of the night. Jed is the story I want to follow and learn more about. I am surprised it was left out of the review.
Love the round table............Just a few additional thoughts. This may be out there, but when Jane left the three RJ suspects, and they asked what does he really know?.... With this show it would not surprise me that that conversation had nothing to do with RJ at all. These three could be creating some other "task force" and thought Jane was interrupting that and not even realizing that they are RJ suspects. I don't know--but it wouldn't surprise me at all if RJ has been using them as pawns without their knowledge. Oh-and my bet is and always has been Stiles. IDK if it is because I like him or that Jane went to him for help-- either way, Haffner is the obvious choice.
I agree with the review--but how can you not say anything about the Rolodex of Hannibal's victims?? That was the CRAZY!! --- But yet, made sense--Liver Pate.... let's go to the Rolodex and see whose liver we have on file. OH MY!!
Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the reviewer about the sexual abuse situation and how it was handled. I think that Murphy hit the nail on the head with the reaction of the Glee clubbers. Remember--this is a show about high schoolers. This is how high schoolers respond. People (especially children/teens) are uncomfortable with anything that is not "normal".... this was a portrayal of a real and common response. Murphy should take it a step further and have Will make sure that Ryder gets into some counseling. I loved Sue singing "Little Girls"---best sequence of the night next to "We Will Rock You". Santana is always a plus on the TV--I really wish we had more Kurt singing though. Missing Brittany and Joe also. Glee is a fun show that I enjoy with my kids. The topics recently have opened discussions with my pre-teen girls in a way that is helpful to explain things to them.
This episode was absolutely done with respect to all the parties--the students and especially to Becky. I appreciated the warning at the beginning of the show--because I decided not to let my 9 and 10 year old daughters watch it until after I did--and I deleted it before they could. It was too much for that age group (they love Glee). I was in tears during the choir room and bathroom scenes. Murphy did a great job with this episode; as did all the actors. This review is right on target Miranda.
Finally--the tie in with Cora and Rumple--she is the miller's daughter... who tricked Rumple out of her first born.... Regina. That is why Rumple was hell bent on making Regina evil. For Neal to be Peter Pan is plausible... but if he was just a Lost Boy--I would be fine with that storyline--it wraps up the open ended items of tonight--knowing Hook, sailing the ship, his other stops before he landed in the world without magic. Regina will always have some sort of trust for her mother--she is her mom; however, I so hope that she trumps Cora and takes her down... I want Snow to stay true to her heart.
At Jarrod: The boys will never have a mended relationship. They get to a point that they love to dislike each other. As with some family members--you love them but that doesnt mean you have to like them. Sam and Dean are good together--and they should not be separated again--that storyline is old. However, there is always going to be conflict with them-- they are family--and Dean never forgets anything! As for Cas-- Cas is just as important as the boys-- and I miss him. Misha does a great job playing him and his storyline has me intrigued-- it is all going to come together--Men of Letters, Naomi, the tablets-- I cant wait to see how it happens! -- Please do not bring Amelia back-- but Charlie-- YES!!! I think she would be a great addition as a supporting cast member--she is good for the boys. Oh-- and another episode with Garth this season wouldn't hurt either!
