Wow! Just my thought about why Romeo refused to change the deal with Clay. If he goes through with it, that's a lot of leverage over Clay's head, in case he decides to back out of their deal.
Hard to believe that 3.1m viewers is a *bad* thing...
Wow. AN episode without a Brandon freakout!? @youngnan : You say Jim, Keith, Ozzy have "proven themselves" to Cochrane? They basically called him gutless and questioned his every move the last few episodes. Even blaming him for *letting* Ozzy get voted off (yet they voted for him...) rather then taking the chance himself of going to redemption island. I like that Coach figured out Ozzy's plan pretty quickly, would have sucked if that was a turning point with his theatrics at the challenge, explaining everything that went on without being prompted by Jeff.
Really had to look up Kevin Hart (Phil's neighbour) to figure out what I remembered him from! He was in 40 year-old virgin has the guy who wanted a deal on a stereo because he was black, and so was the salesman. Funny how him and Leslie Mann both 'appeared' on the same episode, hope they both are in many more together. Didn't care much for Jennifer Tilly, just was... meh.
Cheers for freebies!
For me, the biggest Canadian reference was their song being from the Bare Naked Ladies! Seemed like a perfect fit, and the only joke that didn't hit us over the head with a punchline.
Oi. Katie Holes... Interesting typo, Matt. ;)
I thought the painted bras (more than 1, no?) were hilarious! Surprised there weren't able/nobody tried to sabotage the other team, guess it wouldn't have helped since they were on a straight line though...Who would have thought so much issue over attaching to a rope, while you can see!
Wow. An incredible season just halfway through! Didn't expect that in the slightest, just a calm Clay with a shotgun to one of his oldest "brothers" chest. Anyone know how many of the original 9 are left? JT, Clay, Piney, Irish guy, are Bobby or Tig?
I can't imagine joining a club called "Rangers" and be forced to sit around in solitude and eating warm beans from a can. Surprised Ron didn't have more 'survival' things setup, like... Andy running out of the forest dressed as a bear? Then showing the boys how to wrestle one down, something manly like that. Tom & Ben were awesome, those two together are A+ material every time.
