I also agree - this was an excellent season premier and did much to expand the show's horizons. I am glad Henry caught that the bonfire was extinguished but renewed itself (I am not sure how - perhaps because Michael finally decided to help the town). Pete - Pete I wonder if there could be any connection to Saint Pete. I certainly hope he is a real asset to Alex.
Just to point out to the reviewer that the Companies goons followed Barbies father when he brought the egg back. I guess if you are really bored with an episode you might nod off and miss significant clues.
You're not watching the show it is clear that the Rock and Sean are on one side and Drill is the Adversary. Plus Drill communicates with the children thru games because Drill is a child too. This theme is as old as time (Ghost Whisperer). The only thing that suggests alien in this show is that "Rock" passed thru space 200 light years away. For all we know Drill is only part of the entity's name and it may actually be from a parallel dimension. Perhaps the "Rock" was sent by our "Guardians" the possibilities are endless and if you need spoon feeding explications perhaps you should watch on of Law and Order.
I could really dig a mini-adventure between the wolfpups and Morgan. Still don't know about our new "beta" I am not buying shapeshifter but don't think that Stiles is totally correct cause he tends to veer to the extreme sometimes.
I don't think this show's audience is the same as the CW so we won't get logged down instant exposition of the whole background of the new Big Bad what? And then they spend the rest of the show with warm feelies with the crew and an in depth background f the whole crew's lives prior to the pilot? It's The Last Ship with fire fights and explosions and ship to ship encounters. Me thinks the reviewer is expecting the excitement of PLL.
Having lived in this era I really appreciate how accurate it is to what was. I was a teen but do remember the publicity and the fake morality that was projected.
Well at least they apparently have a plan for the show. I am actually invested and can't wait for the next twists. Nothing is clear cut which I love - though I really want to see what population C is like.
Sorry but meat in animal chow can't possibly affect the behavior of lions in Africa I don't care how "new world" you are. Plus food supplied to zoo's probably wouldn't affect domestic cats because I don't know anybody who gives their cats the same food. Maybe next week the goldfish will turn killer.
You do realize that what you think are commercials are actually part of the show?
So far the reviewers I've seen are torn with the show being PLL which should have died three season's ago or the ones who wanted them to meld all the movies together and chop them up into 42 minute-long segments. So I don't know what to think. On the other hand maybe MTV is moving away from pregnant teenage girls who make massively poor life decisions.
