Carissa I think you are on to many things and I love the way the showrunners have thumbed their noses at the fanboys who know everything but know nothing. i think we are all in the same boat. I absolutely loved the friendships of Caitlan and Cisco with the Allen family how "feely" was that? This show continues to push ahead with wonderfulness. I don't buy that Eddie will be a villain just because the FBs think so - hey they have been so wrong this season - so unless 7 past Flashes suddenly show up and the whole universe gets turned around by the finale I don't think I will rely on them. Instead I will look forward every week to something i don't know will happen - otherwise why watch?

Hey we all get confused because the endgame is already there so they should just end it all and have Olivia give up her independence to the murderer and ride off to Vermont to make jelly forever. However the Cyrus/Michael "marriage" was realistic. Come on my brother was married 4 times and never was "faithful". Why should we expect them to be celibate? Like priests are never celibate with those altar boys. Cyrus was totally narcissistic and basically destroyed James bt finally he has a contract that both partners are totally committed.
Anyone for the life of me make a list of all the evil that Hook has done on the show. (Don't quote me Peter Pan or other movies). He sheltered Baelfire from Pan before Baelfire basically delivered himself to Pan. He was seduced by Emma in the past. He saved Emma up the beanstalk. He came back with the bean to go to Neverland. He saved David.
I rewatched this episode and it is quite clear that the Author altered reality to make David and Mary Margaret make their ill advised choices. Did you guys not watch the beginning and the end of the show? How the Author was imprisoned for warping the stories? Of course Emma was the product of the warped story and was the one who released him. I think that was what Gold was saying about the rules changing. I think that Lily will play a major role in restoring the good and evil balance in both her and Emma.
I totally agree that the writers totally dropped the topic of the week with the sexual ambiguity issue. This was not about transsexualism but about hermaphrodites which are both sexes and apparently personalities in the same body. And they really blew it!
Personally let Paige and Walter hook up and Ralph and Drew should go away. Clearly Drew makes more effort with Ralph (Bless his heart). And if Paige and Walter are the endgame they should move aside for a boy and his dad. Sorry but this is classic.
Definitely very strong female characters who kick ass and dominate the show.
I totally disagree about Scandal the end game is apparent and it is not feminist. Olivia will wind up with the the incredibly flawed murderer Fitz and they will make jam in Vermont how cozy. When she should screw them both and kill her father.
I had several problems with the Linus "solution" basically it was like a prefrontal lobotomy or chemical castration they should have turned them over to the Wesen Counsel for judgement. This was not premeditated murder and the solution was really immoral.Correction the Royals are NOT Wesen - think this was made clear by the showrunners. Of course no one knows what a baby that was part Wesen part Grimm would be like - the mind reels.I looked it up and Zauber means "magic" so maybe Hexenbiests curse and Zauberbiests are so rare that no one knows what they really can do. I also agree now Nick and Juliette can really be a "power couple" Nick is no ordinary Grimm and Juliette is no ordinary Hexenbiest what a fun thing it would be for them to work it out.
Thank God none gay is involved in the show!
