This gets a solid 5/5 from me!
We are only 2 episodes in and we can already tell this will be a very intense season of Chicago Fire.
So Casey will be a dad for 15 months. I loved how when he told the Station that he was looking after the kids and needed help and Hermann said right away that he would be there for him and then the whole firehouse agreed!
We all knew that Renee was leaving and I think that having Severide not be the father was a great way to end the storyline. If Sarah was not a regular on Person of Interest I would have been fine if she stuck around. So now Shay and Severide will be living together once again.
It also looks like we have a new love interest for Shay.
Why do they have to make the guys Dawson went on a date with a bad guy? He will rob the bar. I wish Molly's would get a break first they have to compete with the sports bar and now they will be robbed?
I feel bad for Mills, he can not get a break. First having new guy take the spot on squad, then he thinks something is up and tells Casey but then Casey pretty much says Mills is jealous. Then to have his families restaurant burned down and then he goes to get his dads medals (while not the best idea) he gets scolded by Boden. I really hope something good comes Mills way.
I totally did not see it being Forbes! I hope Severide and the rest of the station can take him down.
I also hope they find out who the rat is and that Casey see that Mills was right to be suspicious.
I also hope Mouch gets over his fear of talking to people.
I love Jesse Spencer but his hotness meter went off the charts yesterday in that last scene with the Darden boys.
While I did not love this as much as the premiere it was still a good episode.
The twist at the end was good. I guess there was no proof he was behind the poisoning. Elizabeth knows he poisoned her but she will not anyone. Which to me is very interesting.
I thought Elizabeth was his daughter but then when he made a joke of it at the restaurant it may be the writers playing with us. Time will tell.
Same with whether Raymond is really good OR if he will build up trust and then one day disappear for good while they are out on a case.
I think Elizabeth made the best choice, pretending for now that she has no idea that her husband may be shady.
Well I guess I will stop watching Betrayal anymore then. Why can't ABC get a show on Sundays that lasts?!?!?!? First Pan Am then 666!
poppysmom: It is 4 years in real life but not that long in Blue Bloods world.
This was a great episode!
The family dinner was intense.
I have never seen Henry so upset. He was a cop so he just sees that side.
Jaime is a cop and was a lawyer but he still sided with the Henry and Danny.
I loved the ending, we have not seen 3 generations of Regan's in a scene alone together all at one time. That was great.
I really do not want Eddy to be Jamie's love interest. However I have a feeling they will mix work with pleasure.
I liked seeing more of Jamie!
Maryeliza: was it really Alex tweeting? Daniel Dae Kim said that Alex is not on twitter. What is his twitter name? I want to look for it! Thanks
Kono will be back midseason.
Chi will be on a lot of episodes this season.
There was an interview with Peter Lenkov and Alex online yesterday and they answered a lot of questions about what to expect this season.
I meant to say THOUGHT
So happy this show is back! It was a long summer with Alex! :)
Last season I though Steve and Wo Fat were brothers, however Peter Lenkov said that the connection between the two is not as obvious as you think, so they may not be brothers.
We had some great Danny and Steve moments, like when Steve was doing chest compressions on the bad guy and Danny took that time to tell him about Gabby!
Then when poor Danny's car exploded and he said he always thought Steve's driving would wreck the car. Was funny too.
I knew that the guy and girl took the location of Kono and Adam's safe house.
Captain Grover will be a huge obstacle for the team this season!
I really hope the ratings were good as I want this show around for a long time.
Can not wait for tonight! I love Donnie Whalberg.
This is one of my favorite shows!
I do hope for more Jamie this year.
