  1. Game of Thrones Review: Honor Thy Father

oh how i love the last couple of episodes ending with jawdropping moments. half way through the season and it is GLORIOUS
  2. Defiance Review: New Beginnings

LOVE this show. so excited to be watching a scifi series again since they refuse to do another star trek just because the last one suck but i degress. this episode was only hindered by its time frame causing it to have some slow moments (very few but still there) other than that i really enjoyed it. great cast, writing, the characters and get this network tv, DIVERSITY, ooh shocker! lol alak and his mother are my favs for now, i mean alak is just too hot. and Stahma is like a mix of Cersei Lannister and Regina (once upon a time)so devious and scandalous ooh, i love it! and that ex mayor! what a freaking twist. it was suspect that she was missing but i just thought they killed her off (i mean the lady is carrying around an oxygen tank). and was that weed she was smoking???! lol she is mess and a half. i kinda wish they released two episodes this week but alas got to wait three more days til the next episode
  3. Game of Thrones Review: Pleasure and A Lot of Pain

this is the first episode of the season that started out slow and dull so far. until dany appeared i was dozying off, daydreaming. couldnt tell you one thing that was said or done. but once dany came on the show picked up and OH MY GODDESS THAT ENDING!!! i was so shocked! i was like "this is a dream" or im imagining things cause that did not just happen. i applaud jaime for saving brienne but i still dont like the jerk. and no matter what you do game of throne writers i refuse to like him, ok?
  4. Game of Thrones Review: The Three Eyes Have It

only thing missing was daenerys but alast, cant have everything. still a solid episode. starting to like margery a little, though i am very weary of her and what she might do to sansa
  5. Once Upon a Time Review: Is Redemption Out of Reach?

    @fangirl23

"when Emma said "i have to take Henry to see his grandfather"
i totally imagined Mr. Gold even though it was probably Charming"

i thought the same thing. i totally forgot about charming honestly. i was thinking "taking henry to gold? you trust him like that?"

p.s.: all the tamara haters step back. we finally got some color on this show, lets just bask in the glory for now. she's a villain and as we all know they never win in the long run, no matter how many minor victories they accumulate
  6. Once Upon a Time Review: Is Redemption Out of Reach?

i both liked and hated this episode. before watching this episode i saw this girl on youtube dissing once upon a time saying "its awful but it keeps trying cause it doesnt know its awful yet" and that ringed in my head all night as stupid thing after stupid things happened. the bad/stupid: a taser? really? that is so STUPID. i could give you with the dragon, we could go with the fact that he's old and has a weak heart but pinoc is made of wood, short of chopping him into a bunch of pieces (like they did in Fables the comic, read it people) i dont get how she could stop him let alone kill him with a freaking TASER. come on. just give the chick a gun and lets move on. pinoc as a kid? no no no no no nononono. if the actor had to leave/was fired then just let the man be dead, he would have died redeeming himself it works! but i guess henry needs someone his age to hang with (like that would ever happen).
the good:everything else. ok so i was wrong that tamara is from neverland but i was right about her connection to owen. i knew she was "HER". but when did they meet? why is tamara looking for magic? what did she see that made her believe in magic? i believe in magic cause its awesome and would love to be a sorceress like in the comics but im a comic geek lol doubt that tamara is. i suspect something is up with her grandmother. who is the dragon and where does he come from? does rumple have a possible new protege in tamara? she is deliciously cunning
  7. Revenge Review: Hunting Season

glad to welcome Eli to the cast. the show needed some color and flavor lol. i hope she (emily) wises up and realize that eli is still the protective brother he always has been before his loyalties switch to the graysons. pushing him away is only going to ruin things for her.
it was cute deckland being jealous but oh so unwarranted. i laughed out loud at that scene. charlotte so didnt get it cause eli never crossed her mind in THAT way and the same goes for Eli. oh kids
i've said a long time ago and ill said it again: tell jack the truth even if its a half truth. they are only making him into an enemy by continuously belittling his intelligence with their lies and secrets (really nolan? a ryan brother saved him? really??!) anyways lets see what happens next
  8. Once Upon a Time Review: The Blackened Heart

someone's after magic and her name is tamara but why? who is she? by staying in storybrooke for prolonged periods of time make kurt a victim of the spell and therefore not age or is he an even older man then he was 30 years ago. he could have died of old age honestly if regina didnt...get rid of him.
great way to keep us guessing with the name changes. so it wasnt an accident that greg ended up in storybrooke it just took him a while. cant wait to see his connection to tamara and yeah! pinnochio is back (finally, really once writers give the man his due).
  9. Once Upon a Time Review: Love Could Have Been Enough

my most anticipated episode yet the one i never thought i would see. the fact that this episode exists and rose mcgowan is in it makes me think the writers are reading my mind lol. eva eva eva, i cant stand her too fake. never liked royals and this episode shows why. dont want to say she deserves death but i have left sympathy for her now. this the best episode of the season and my second fave of all time. visually stunning and emotionally gripping. oh dreams do come true. but so do nightmares. my favorite character (cora) is no more. i was hoping and praying as she lay there in regina's arms something/someone would save her. i know magic cant raise the dead but it can turn back time. plus there is still much to know about cora's past so i hope we get to at least see more cora (both young and mature versions) in the enchanted forest. did anyone else catch that elated look on emma's face when she did that protection spell? magic is highly addictive let's hope emma is strong enough NOT to become dependent or an abuser of magic.
  10. Zero Hour: Canceled by ABC

i guess i got to change my "give it a season" stance and just drop it after one episode lol. it was bad not because when it debuted but because they need to stop trying to redo lost. there was one lost we liked it for five seconds then it just got to silly and complicated just to continue to make seasons promising to explain something but never does. the problem with these mystery shows is that they will always need to mystery therefore never giving a big payoff to audience. america so need to get with the korean television program. one season, 16 to 26 episodes a complete story begining to end and then MAYBE you could do something like this. guess i'll never know what those watches was about. up next is decpetion and red widow
  11. Once Upon a Time Review: True Hearts Can Lose

i was so waiting for cora to say "farewell sister" to Eva. i'm guessing that the king from the story of rumple and cora is snow's father and maybe his father made him marry someone of royalty instead of keeping his word and marrying the miller's daughter (cora). then rumple swooped in with promises of revenge and teaches her magic. the rest is history. i do have to say i never trusted the blue fairy. she always came off a little too arrogant, bossy and stuck up. i wanted to like her soooo much, she's the only good guy with any real power but she is so under used and sooo mean. remember the epiosde dreamy? she scoffed at dreamy/grumpy for saying that he was in love "dwarves dont love silly" maybe not but bitches get stitches you better watch yourself. she ruined nova's and dreamy's happy endings for her own selfish reasons of having things only her way and keeping nova under her thumb.
as for tamara i so thought she said her name was Tomorrow lol. im suspecting that she is from neverland (tigerlily to be exact). remember kids there are many ways to get to earth and there are many magically lands BESIDES the enchanted forest. oz, neverland, wonderland, etc. tamara being tigerlily would explain why Bae said its complicated. he saved her life and thus became her bridegroom. he's engaged because he HAS to be not because he wants to be
  12. Once Upon a Time Review: The Missing Piece

LOVED this episode. finally back to the good stuff! so no big shocker that Neal was Bae but i'm kind of disappointed and confused with how he views his father. when last he saw his dad he wasnt afraid of him or hated him. and it wasnt like rumple through him into the portal, not getting where all this hostility is coming from. now when rumple brought up that whole thing about using magic to take away his life experiences...that deserved a slap to face. how can someone so intelligent and crafty be so clueless? he tries so hard to grow and learn but that addiction to magic makes him take three steps back. hope the bae can forgive his dad. there is an episode coming up called "welcome to storybrooke" im hoping that the person we are welcoming is bae.

it was odd to see cora without her majestic robes. she looked gorgeous with her hair down but it just seemed off to not see her dressed in her witchy best.
i think we should all keep our eyes on the stranger. this is all set up for the next storyarc for season three, whoever he is talking to is going to play a major roll. either his girlfriend works for the media or is from one of the enchanted lands herself but something is definitely up him. mark my words.
i really feel bad for the show (and myself) with all these constant breaks. the ratings have taken a hit but hope that abc realizes that its their fault and not once upon times'. three more weeks until the miller's daughter, cora spotlight time!!!
  13. Once Upon a Time Review: Mushrooms Run Amok

Neal has got to be baelfire. i've suspected as much since the tallahasse episode, especially with the way august was able to convince him to stay away from emma. the thing is i wonder, did he lose any of his memories coming to earth or does he still remember the enchanted forest? this just makes henry even more special. grandson of rumple, snow and charming, adoptive son of the evil queen and son of the savior. what a legacy to live up to

just another filler, had a few moments (LOVE seeing Tess from smallville as Jack hope they show some more of her past) but overall nothing special. glad to just have them back, too many breaks abc!!! if this was NEXT week's episode it would have been a wait worthwhile. oh well
  14. Once Upon a Time Review: What Cannot Be Undone

i also think the stranger is dr. whale's brother but did anyone notice his license plate? its a florida license plate and when i saw it i was so excited and hoped it would be emma's baby daddy but from the promo it doesnt look like him but maybe know they each other? it cant be a coincidence that they are both from florida, not in this show. hopefully next week will pick up cause this was a boring episode, not as bad as the ruby one but still uninteresting and its sad cause it had such promise and a couple of good/great moments
  15. Once Upon a Time Review: Playing Cricket

finally we're back lol. so happy my show is back on. great episode as usual. i found out that episode 16 is going to be called "the miller's daughter" so cant wait for that, i'm a HUGE cora fan. i was starting to like emma and snow this season after their adventures in the enchanted forest but back in storybrooke not really feeling them anymore. i'm back to my season one feelings for them which is "blah".
  16. Once Upon a Time Review: Good Always Wins

loved the episode but slightly disappointed. i so wanted to see Cora's rise to the throne of Wonderland. crossing my fingers they will still show that one day. seeing Cora become allies with some Wonderland characters and enemies of other and the battles she must have fought to become queen oh that could be an epic of its own. so many questions i have still that i hoped this episode would answer. how did she become queen? how did she get her hands on Henry (Regina's father)? from how adamant she was on jefferson making a new hat portal i have to assume she cant travel to other lands from wonderland on her own, so how did she do it?? cant wait for next year thought next episode's title doesnt have me excited. "Cricket Game"? i wonder who that could be about lol. "Croquet Game aka the Further Tales of Cora In Wonderland" would have been MUCH better. sigh. a girl can dream
  17. Once Upon a Time Review: True Love's Mistake

to Elfje: Yes hook went to neverland
    cora went to wonderland
as far as how they returned to the enchanted forest, that has yet to be explained. thats how the show goes. it gives you just enough tidbits to grab you so you can keep coming back for more. im sure by the end of the season we'll learn how hook got back from neverland dont know so much about cora as that is a longer tale to tell
  18. Once Upon a Time Review: True Love's Mistake

loved the episode, back on track after last weeks bore. my theory on why hook could take Aurora's heart was because he is Cora's apprentice. they have been working together for a while and it only makes sense that he would seek out a teacher of magic to help him defeat Rumple (and who better then one of his former pupils, someone who rivals him in power?). i think you are overlooking cora's plan to say she wasnt smart enough to just take aurora's heart. she knows the weakness of those who are good, they will do anything to protect the innocent like she said in this episode. why waste the energy/power on taking her heart when can just use aurora as a hostage and still get what she wants. this is only episode 8 people, we have plenty of time for them to explain and explore character's histories. next week most likely will learn a little more of hook's journey for power and his cora connection as well as her time in wonderland, been waiting since last season for this one.
  19. Once Upon a Time Casts Chad Michael Collins As ...

    too too fine
  20. Once Upon a Time Review: Controlling the Wolf

first episode of the season i didnt like. there were little cool tidbits (snow looking for a cabin in the woods for her and red, hinting at the fairy tale rose red and snow white; the history of red explored; the red room explained;) but overall kind of boring and the actress who plays red was overacting too much in parts. she is best when she is subtle but when she has to be scared, she plays it too wide eyed and the raising of the voice isnt needed to show concern or fear. hopefully she will get better. i couldnt help but think she would make a great wonder woman with a little more training under her belt. two weeks to wait to see cora return and just how henry is going to use his new "gift" to save snow and emma. that looks like a very good episode. i wonder if we will get flash backs of aurora or mulan's story in that episode?
  21. Once Upon a Time Review: Keeping the NIghtmares Away

theories galore. lets not forget that henry ate the poisoned apple which is based on the same sleeping curse as the one used on aurora. they obviously are looking at each other but what does the room represent? the only thing that we have seen so far that comes to mind is the room with all the portals that jefferson and regina enter through the hat in "hat trick". i think neal is either peter pan or baelfire but im leaning towards baelfire for now. that would be a twist if henry turned out to be gold's grandson. gold and regina would be related lol, delicious! if neal is a fairyland person then the book would be all he needs to convince him of who emma is, especially if he is rumple's son. but why did august keep the money? the kid really has conscience issues. why didnt they just cut down the beanstalk so hook couldnt follow them? major mistake on the girls part. it was interesting to watch this episode. i didnt know how an episode without storybrooke would work but it did. one of my favorite episodes and i am rooting for the happier emma to come back. she needs to smile more
  22. Once Upon a Time Review: Magic Is My Crutch

another great episode. this is the only show that i love the villains as much as i love the heroes. there is so much dimension and facets to the personas of all the characters that no one is just plain black and white. there are shades of grey to everyone's moral compass and i love. the writers, casting director, director and actors for once upon a time really need to be commended for their awesome work. this episode shows why this has been my favorite show since airing:: its complex, fun, action packed, rich story telling, fantastic acting and great characters. until it comes i'm going to end all my rants the same: Peter Pan Peter Pan Peter Pan
  23. Revenge Review: Playing With Fire

FINALLY, a good, maybe even great, episode. this is what i have been waiting for all season. so made at emily for putting amanda in danger, i knew nothing good would come of it. i so wanted to jump into the screen and slap her a couple of times. both amanda and the baby could have died and for what? for information that she miraculously remembered at the end of the episode anyway. i wasnt suspecting padma before but now i am. why is she so interested in david clarke's investment check? and what is up with the guy going after the stowaway? is he working for the graysons or is there something special about the pub that we (and jack) dont know?
  24. Once Upon a Time Review: Dangers New and Old

another awesome episode. love seeing more of cora. i knew she was lancelot when she came in at the end (they dont have cell phones and only mulan, aurora, emma, and snow where in the woods, how would he "hear" about the ogre attack?) but was surprised that she was being him the whole time. can't wait for the family reunion of regina and cora, i see an epic season finalely on the horizons. love all the family moments (emma and snow, charming and henry, hatter and his daughter). i hope we get to see more and more of hatter. i kind of feel bad for aurora. she's around all these strong women, she's going to have to up her game, maybe train with mulan? next week we go to neverland and meet hook and oh my does he look delicious. that is the hook i grew up with. forget the lost boys can i be a pirate in his crew?
  25. Revenge Review: Sympathy For the Devil

Emily is not a hero. who has she ever saved? she has never shown any compassion ever. she is selfish, emotionless, arrogant. its only now in this episode they try to show a more compassionate side to her with her past but its too late for me to fall for it. after 20 some episodes of her being one way i cant buy her being anything else especially when is manipulating everyone around her, how can you even tell when its genuine? how can anyone root for especially how she is leading on like four guys, not returning the affections of any but at the same time ruining their chances with someone else? how she keeps mistreating amanda? amanda needs to pop that baby out so she give emily the what for
