1) My favorite scene was the last one with Meredith and Derek. I thought for sure that he was going to get all pissy with Mer again but really liked it when she asked him if he wanted her to leave him alone and he said no.
2) General surgery or maybe research. Not neuro.
3) Unless one of the two characters changes totally, Crowen is done and I for one would be glad. I have never liked Owen, he is way too hot and cold.
4) Don't care who but hope it's April and he knocks her up.
5) I would like to see more surgeon Callie and less Calzona.
There is no justification for a married person to cheat on their spouse, end of story. Please stop justifying Owen's cheating because Cristina had an abortion. If he didn't approve, he shouldn't have gone with her to support her and just left her then, instead of blaming her for everything. And oh, by the way, for all of the people who blame Cristina for not using birth control, the only birth control that is 100% effective is abstinance. That obviously didn't happen. I have never liked Owen or anything surrounding him. If he was hurt, if it hurts so much to love someone, you leave.
Also loved the fact that both daddies are trying to relate to the culture of their children. Every woman watching TV knew the issue was Zola's hair, I laughed so loud when Bailey finally called Derek out on it. Then he gets Bailey to help him learn how to brush her hair. Loved it!
I didn't like the Owen/Cristina storyline. I don't like Cristina being all stalker about Owen cheating. Who cares if he does? He's getting on my nerves, along with Teddy.
Adele and Richard are heartbreaking, especially at the end when she said she needed to move into the nursing home.
Everyone is missing the Bailey/Alex scene in the elevator. It was a nod to the Bailey/Derek scene in the elevator when Bailey stops the elevator so Derek can cry over Bonnie from the "Into you like a train" episode. In this universe, she berates Alex for crying in the elevator. Thought that was pretty cool.
Not sure why everybody is dumping on Shonda because KH left. She thought she was going to be a famous movie star and it didn't pan out. She sees that people still love Grey's and wants to come back. No surprise. I say if they give her a second chance, Isiaiah Washington should have one too. We didn't get a sufficient ending to that story, either.
BTW, the "big fat bitch" created this show and the characters and without her, we wouldn't have Grey's Anatomy. Seriously!
Little Grey probably isn't around. Remember she only stayed to take care of Thatcher after her mom died, which may not have happened in the alt universe. Mark probably went back to NY after Addek stayed together. Wished Izzy and George were still around though, unless they ran off together...
Also get the feeling that April and Meredith are BFFs in this universe...double yuk! Love the thought of her marrying Alex, though...
The repetition of Henry's surgery was maddening, but Cristina I gues unerstood why she had to do it. Teddy had to process everything as a surgeon as well as a wife. It was truly heartbreaking at the end.
I say, more MerDer and Zola happiness, more cuteness I say! I for one am tired of Meredith being sad and tragic, give the girl some happiness for goodness sake!
Loved the lighter epi, loved that Derek and Callie were awesome in their own way, loved drunk Mer and Cristina (does remind me of the older episodes), loved Alex being unselfish, loved Mer and Bailey arguing and the Chief being the Chief, loved it when Lexie clocked the eye doctor with the ball, loved Owen being a coach ( and not just for baseball), loved the end scene with everyone on the bench. I LOVE GREY'S!
Didn't notive Jackson was missing...oh well. Can we make April go missing? Please?

Last week Derek hated her and couldn't look at her; this week they were all lovey dovey and everything was great. Really? I want apologies. I want more than two seconds of make up sex. Come on!
@Jamie I think that Catherine married Harper Avery's son, which would be the reason Jackson is bi-racial (just a thought). It was never made perfectly clear.

So was the scene with MerDer talking to Zola on the phone and singing "Itsy-Bitsy Spider" to her together. Loved when Derek called her "Zo"; he's coming back slowly to McDreamy status.Again, very sweet and heartbreaking at the same time. Loved it.
I loved Debbie Allen and wish she was a regular. She really brought a spark to this episode.
I liked the person who said Eli and Ben were like caramel and chocolate. I'd partake of both if I were Bailey; why not? :)
Most underused character? Right now I'm happy with the focus on the originals and the fifth-year residents.
