@ fortyseven and lk_vomit , I'm barely holding on as well.
Mostly for the genre as it beats any procedural.
Arrow needing Diggle to tell him there's more than one way to clean up a city. Okay, I'll give but Oliver Queen can't be that naive. Money is power as his list has shown us. Why not use his for more than just buying arrows.
Thea's crush was out of left field and terrible writing. Laurel is still difficult to root for or even like. Moira is getting better as I liked her scenes.
Flashbacks - don't need them every week. Oliver Queen needs more scenes where he isn't 3 words from leaving a room. It's annoying. We get it, he's Arrow.

The graffiti conversations were funny.
Really like Hallie but think she will be the first to go. Det. Voight isn't going that quietly as he said," Enjoy it while you can."
Dawson SL was okay I guess,not to intriguing. Although the disciplinary was just as it wasn't to excessive. Even if I agree with her actions in saving the girl.
