Dear Lord - Please let it be Louis and the rest of the fake Grimaldi family. Cece would be sad, yes, but that would ruin the whole 'Charlola vs Chivy' storyline. Who would make Carol pay for inflicting so much pain on the Charlies, the family and the viewers? I know the Gossip Girl producers and writers haven't gotten one thing right so far this season, but if you could just help one person in charge over there see the light and help them make the decision to kill off Louis, I'd be forever thankful. 1. The episode was ripe with choices! I'm going with Georgina's comment that messing with her Mommy & Me group is more fun that messing with them, because this season has sucked so much I can believe it to be true.
2. Although I am offically neutral in the War Between the Ship Nations, I enjoy Dan & Blair togethor. This week's banter was awesome!
3. The pact with God. I can totally understand Blair not wanting to feel like Chuck bought her from Louis, and all the feelings that would go with that.
4. Bad idea to threaten Eleanor Waldorf. And she was at least a foot taller than Princess Sophie! I laughed at the bad choice of camera angle there.
5. MAJOR Saw-It-Coming! The writers were just looking for a way to include Michelle Trachtenberg in the 100th episode and couldn't come up with something better. I knew they would "fix" their decision later.
6. Dan was just brooding because no matter how there he is for Blair, she will never choose him. My list of suspects is Phillip (where was he?), Georgina, Eleanor, Dorota and Lilly.
7. I still believe Charlola is Gossip Girl. She knows who everybody is. She's just playing dumb so as to not blow her GG cover. And the only reason she's giving Nate any indication he has a shot is because she knows he's never sent any tips into GG. The real question is does Carol really know what Charlola is up to (ie Gossip Girl)?
I have a feeling the fake affair Louis thought Dan & Blair were having is going to become a real affair becausee Blair thinks it could get Louis to divorce her.
I didn't know what else to call it except "off-the-rack". Now that I think about it even Blair's prom dress was one-of-a-kind in that it was produced for the runway but never for the masses.
I think Blair loved the idea of marrying a Prince but not the actual man, therefore she didn't put alot of "effort" into her bridal look. Hopefully she'll do better the second time around.
I found an article in the tv guide where Stephanie Savage is quoted as saying "The crew really went all out, wardrobe, makeup...it's a visually stunning episode.". I'm not sure what judgement-impairing substances she's on, but the episode was by no means visually stunning.
Yes, the wedding gowns were Vera Wang and she so fabulous, blahblahblah. My point was this is a royal wedding, and in case you didn't pay attention last year when we had TWO major royal weddings, including one in Monaco, the Brides wore custom designed one-of-a-kind gowns,not something from a past collection slightly altered by a seamstress. Why should Blair get a custom debutante dress and off-the-rack for her wedding? Ivanka Trump had a custom designed Vera Wang dress. Dylan Lauren had her father custom design her dress with help from Vera Wang. Ralph Lauren also did a custom designed dress for his daughter-in-law Lauren Bush.
I also think the writers couldn't think of another reason for bringing MT back for the 100th episode so they came up with this. They will "fix" it later, closer to the show's end. At least I hope they will.........
I don't buy Gossip Georgina for a nanosecond! It's gotta be Charlola or Nate, and the real GG is gonna take Georgina DOWN when she figures it G has been posing as her.
I'm sorry but I still hold Gossip Girl to Season 1 standards. I'm deeply disappointed that this show has gone from Eric Daman originals (Blair's debutante gown) to recycled costumes, off-the-rack bridal gowns for a royal wedding, and dresses from David's Bridal *gagging*! Hair and Make-up Departments have taken a dive too. I know the economy tanked, etc. but I still expect better from GG!

2. Clearly I missed all the nods to the pilot. I going with the return of the Waldorf Parental Units. Blair needs them!
3. The show really didn't live up to the hype. Instead of gasps, it got more "Oh god, seriously?"s. And see answer to question 4.
4. Not buying it for a millisecond! She maybe Gossip Georgina now, but that's only because the writers couldn't think up a better reason for including MT in the episode. They will "fix" it later. My money is still on Charlola as the REAL Gossip Girl. And even if she isn't, Georgina was never the real one either.
5. I'd hardly call NuLouis a villian. He just stopped being a doormat and a pathetic excuse for a prince. I guess that leaves G.
6. Don't. Really. Care. But I'm enjoying Dair and Serena pining away for Dan. Total reversal from season 1!
7. Charlola is the real Gossip Girl. She'll give Lilly & Rufus a much needed storyline. Maybe she'll turn out to be Serena's half-sister as well as cousin. Nate as definately gone too long without getting any so he will definately try to get some, although she's too young for him. And she'll probably make a play for Dan.
I didn't like the MM version of "Diamonds are a Girl's..." that they used. 1) Blake did a horrible job lip-synching. 2) The Nicole Kidman version from 'Moulin Rouge' was better.
