G.Singular, I never said Season 5 Blair was Season 1 Blair. However, Safran himself is the one saying the next episode will be Vintage Blair. And the use of the word "Vintage" does imply that Blair in Season 5 isn't like Blair in Season 1 which should make sense. Characters should change. For the better or worse is debatable, of course.
However, saying that the mere fact that Blair is with Dan means she's not her real self is ridiculous. And claiming that Season 1 Blair wasn't whiny when she was, and also very insecure is ignoring the story and making up your own version.
Plus your blind hatred of Dan is ridiculous. Dan has acted no worse than Chuck, Blair or Serena in this season but you want him lost on an island.

But I agree with the person who said we need the drama. The Ivy thing doesn't cut it. I bet there'll be drama with DB soon enough but for now, they just want to show the sweet phase. Anyway, I think the next episode will be fun and full of drama.
Zoran, Serena is not the only person Dan has slept with. And fantasizing about sex with Blair is fantasizing about sex with Blair. It has nothing to do with Serena. This is why I say you are writing your own story here.
90210 will most likely be renewed. Not like I want it or anything since I've never even seen an episode but it'll be renewed. Next year, it will hit less than 1 million viewers, though. It's just that everything on the CW is terrible and they can't cancel everything.
The Secret Circle will tank next year if it's not with TVD. It's already tanking right now. But it might be renewed solely because it's not in the toilet.

Zoran, look who's talking about nonsense. You people are claiming that Dan is with Blair to write but he wasn't with Blair when he wrote Inside. That's a fact. And Serena herself confirmed that Blair is the star of the book. So why would he need to be with her to write a book when he can easily write one without being with her?
Dan and Serena have ended their relationship obviously since they are not together. If they get together again then that's that but right now, they are not together and Dan is not in love with her.
And once again, if you think Dan is some evil guy using Blair to write a book, it makes no sense that you would want him with Serena. None.

As for Dan and Serena, it's done. And if spoilers are to be believed, they are about to put a nail in the coffin that is Derena.
Zoran, how about you watch and find out. Dan will be there giving her emotional support but she's a strong woman and can become a UES princess on her own terms. I don't see why you think being with a billionaire is the solution to her problem.
And for it Blair being cold, that's what Amanda Lasher does. She writes Dan full of love and Blair full of ice. But I'll wait to see how the rest of the episode unfolds first.
Chair shippers will comment but it won't change the plot, thank God. You guys can scream to the high heavens but it doesn't change the fact that Blair and Dan are together.
And to the person asking why Dair shippers are not outraged, how about we're going to wait til the episode airs before we get mad at one clip?
LOL. There is more to life than marrying a rich man and with Dan by her side, Blair can reclaim her UES status on her own terms. She doesn't need to marry a rich man for it.
