There are only so many stories to go around. So I guess people need to complain about every other show as well. Gun fights, done; explosions, done; partners splitting up and getting back together, done; do I need to go on? Its been the same since TV started, around sixty years ago, the fashion, the equipment, the actors, and the procedures have changed, but the stories are the same. That includes movies as well. If you don't want something to be shown again, then I'm sorry, but you are just going to be disappointed. As for the show it was fine, I do like that the Captain is taking an interest in Angela. I prefer Casey, and hope that he sticks around, and Maura does help him get into the new research on spinal cord injuries.
I liked the role reversal. I think they did learn things about each other, and even said that they need each other to be who they are, which is why they do so well as partners. The case was interesting enough, about half way through you could tell it was going to be the step-sister. How cold hearted can one person be. I was glad they caught the murderer, but it did not make me feel for the victim. Both of them were greedy, and who in their right mind would allow a rope to be placed around their neck with a step sister who was so easily convinced to help her frame someone. No honor among crazy people. I too, would have liked to see them continue with the 400 arrests, I don't know why they would have dropped it. This show continues to hold my interest.
It broke my heart also when Michael and Fiona met at prison. I agree it was a great performance by Jeffrey, did not need to say a word. Great acting by both. I thought it was a little too obvious that we did not see Nicole as well. You can't disappear in prison. Maybe since Michael is going to look for the person trying to kill Fi, then she will be back, since whoever is behind this is threatening Nicole's sister. Not a good choice by the writers if they are just going to drop it. I do like Jesse and Pearce together, and it looks like thats where it might be heading. I think Pearce is all in now, I don't see any residual feelings from before. I do like this character and hope she stays. I too was worried about Nate. I guess we have to wait 2 weeks for the next episode, I hate that.
I don't watch soaps, but thanks for the actress' name, I also recognized her from other shows, but could not place her. I like that Wes was able to take a step forward to getting back on the horse, so to speak. I was glad that he stuck to his character, and did not get involved with someone who had her own commitments and problems. I disagree with the group, if he wants a one night stand, then he should find someone who is not with someone else. I kind of think, if he is not getting back with his ex, then Dr. Ryan would be a good match if it weren't for her being his therapist. Maybe someone similar. Travis hitting that shot at the end was pretty funny. Looking forward to next weeks role reversal.
sorry, I meant, I'm not ready to throw in the towel, in the previous comment.
Wow! I really don't think the show is that bad. I agree with some inconsistency, but every show has that at times. I was surprised to see actually leave, after last week I thought she was going to stay, so they did fool me there. But, is she or is she not can be played too long, so I agree with that. I'm thrilled to see Henry Winkler come back. I admit I am getting tired of the split between Hank and Evan, but if it brings him back, I think its worth it. I will love to see how he brings them together. Divya is a lot stronger then people give her credit for. She defied her parents, by not marrying someone she did not love. She would not give into either Hank or Evan. Realizes her mistake at working beyond her capacity, even though she was just trying to pay off the former future in-laws, which I still think her ex-fiance should have been a man and at least split the cost. Divya is a great character. I think the past seasons were better, but I'm ready to thrown in the towel on this as yet.
I agree it was out of character for Maura to take her clothes off with someone she doesn't know, but I think that was the point. No one is one dimensional, and we all do things at times in our life that are out of character. I would prefer that she find someone more suited for her, or fun in a different way. I think this was funny, and don't think it will go on for long. Or at least I hope not. As for Casey, I think he has "man upped", he obviously is thinking of Jane, and whether it is right or wrong, I think he showed he is more of a man then most. None of us would know how we would deal with something like that, until it actually happened to us. I hope Jane finds out soon, because I really do like them together. I think this is great show.
I guess no matter what happens, someone is going to be upset. I personally would like to wait and see what they come up with whether its shifting the carguments (which I love) to other venues, McG's mom, or having Catherine as a regular.I don't see how we can criticize something that has not happened yet. This is a great show, I did not agree with everything either, but I have confidence that they have learned what works and does not and will correct it. I'm looking forward to all the possibilities for season 3, it looks like it should be the best.
NICOLE DONSKI - NEW CLIENT......Who doesn't see that coming. Jim, I agree with Taryn Manning playing the same type of character, up until she tried to murder Fiona. Maybe its because we watch both shows, but I was thinking the same thing. I like Agent Card as well. He is different from Michael and that is what makes it interesting. I'm sure it will take a long time to get Fiona out, and to catch Anson. I hope not too long. I was glad to see Maddy is still around. Nate having marital problems wasn't such a surprise. I guess we will see how that plays out.
I enjoyed this episode. We got to see how although Travis and Wes fight, they are partners, and good ones. It's interesting that we find out that Wes pulled a gun on Travis. I hope the previous comments are correct and it does not take too long to reveal it, but writers do like to drag things out.So my faith is not as good as yours. I love Dr. Ryan. She is the only way we are really going to find out the answer to all of Wes and Travis' problems. Each week the writers do give usa little more insight into both of them. I also loved that Wes confessed that he was jealous of Travis having so many close relationships. Especially since they are all from foster families. I have to admit, I did the FBI agent going after both of them. I'm glad they figured it out. Really love the couples therapy used this way, very good idea.
