4. If Elena and Katherine were fight over Stefan/Damon

   I was wondering...right now I really can't stand Elena's ass. Like, if she died I wouldn't give not a flying fuck. But I wonder if it were Damon or Stefan going back and forth between Katherine and Elena or Rebekah would we dislike Stefan and Damon if they were the one people are fighting over and so gun ho to protect?
