Also the fact that JP's forcing KC down our throat is bordering on visual rape. It's disgusting and no way realistic what so ever. This reminds me a lot of the visual rape-ing that is Delena.

I don't care what you guys say, this episode was great! This was like old-school vamps, like those times vampire diaries was really off the hook! This episode was probably the first episode since start of s3 that actually shocked me at the end again and not because of Katherine's return, we smelled that from a mile away, but Jeremy. I've always liked Jeremy and I know he won't die, but I'm really curious to see, how they'll resurect him. Really wan't to see how they handle this.
I still can't find myself jumping on the Klaroline shipn and I may be in the minority but I felt really bad for Forwood at the end, but I think that was mostly due to Candice's acting. What else? Elena was her annoying self because vamps wouldn't feel complete if she wasn't.
@Red, I'm sorry but Klaus and Damon are both pathertic *insert choice profanity here*. Neither deserve to be called a villian. Bitches in their own right :)

OT: Revenge (For People Who Like Their Lead Characters To Be Awesome)
But the networks don't care about amount of viewers, they care about the target demo, that's why TVD is stlll considered CW's highest rated show even though Arrow has more viewers. Revenge got a 1.4 rating last night, that's as well as TVD does on a good night.

I"m seriously doubting the chances of a season 3 renewal, last night's ratings we're abysmal and even though it was up against the Grammy's, it's ratings have been slipping for a while :(

TVD is CW's top rated show. It won't die that quick. Although it does only lead in demo not viewers, but like BN said, the network doesnt care about that. GG was CW's top rated show until s3 and it still managed to survive three more seasons after TVD took over that position.Also, while I love the originals as much as the next guy, they're highly ovverrated. TVD's core fanbase still lies inthe main 3 stans, otherwise the show wouldve started dying this season and the ratings have been more stable than ever. Most likely the spin-off wont go past 1 season. TVd will go to the planned 6 seasons.

I guess I'm the only one here who actually enjoyed the episode. I completely agree with Matt, this was, IMO, one of the strongest episodes since Memorial, which reinforces the fact that I still enjoy a lot about the show when the love triangle isnt front and center and takes a backseat. Also where I found Strebekah very entertaining last week, I just found them boring this week, like everytime they skipped to them I just wanted to skip ahead to see if Kol makes it out alive. Damon/Klaus scenes were equally boring for obvious reasons. Klaus at the endwas great. Bonnie was amazing this episode. Only thing missing was Caroline. Pity Kol had to die, even thiugh I knew it would happen I still had faith? How ironic that the first time a plan plays out the way it should sorta, that one of my favorites is killed and the plan was concocted by Elena(who wasnt as grating as she usually is)?

FINALLY STEFAN!!! I'm proud!
I never realized the strong Stefan fanbase on this forum. My heart's filled with sadness, because Kol will probably die in the next episode :(or in the not too distant future.

Hook is the absolute best. I didn't think I'd like him as much, but he has easily become my favourite villian the show has introduced(Regina a close second). I was probably one of the few who wanted him to exact revenge on Gold. I just can't feel anything for Gold, he still comes across as a coward to me and karma hasn't bitten him the ass yet, at least not as much as it has Regina. So I was pretty dissappointed in everything that happened. Bell is starting to annoy me aswell because she just excuses Rumple of everything. The way I see it, Regina got revenge, but afterward it failed and Gold did the same, yet they're excused because they're "trying to better" and Hook hasn't gotten any, until those last few episodes of the show and he is So much worse than them. Last annoyance. It was pretty lame how Hook got his ass whooped by an old man with a cane, sure the possibility was there that Rumple would use magic, but in that moment Hook was so sure that Rumple would kill him anyway, so why not get in a few punches. He spent all those years waiting for ann ass whoopin. Needless to say I didn't appreciate how the character was treated in the episode and where the hell was Kora during all this?
