Why do all the villians have to be supernatural? OBVIOUSLY the best villians out there are Sue Sylvester and Sadie Saxton from Awkward. Seriously she'd break these villians in half with a single "You're welcome" :)
Also, I don't know how any of you feel about it, but I really wish TVD did something new with their special effects. All three seasons' special effects have been severly underwhelming and in this day and age, they could do a lot more with it.
Alot of you guys seem to really enjoy Klaus, I just want him to die. Klaroline shouldn't happen by any possible means. Klaus has overstayed his welcome in Mystic Falls and fill can more than fill hie big brother's shoes. Apparently they're planning six season for the TVD, so that's why Elena turned at the end of the season. I do think it would be incredibly awesome to see Elena struggle with her transition and failing at fighting the temptation. At this point, I don't think Katherine can ever be placed back in this show as a solid character with a full SL, which makes me incredibly sad. I don't necesarily want Bonnie seduced by dark magic(the comparisons to TSC and Buffy would be endless). I don't know how many of you watched Charmed, but if they ever decide to turn Bonnie evil, I want it to be a willing, conscious choice, handling it like the Dark Phoebe arc in season 4, yes she was corrupted by her baby, but that was a time when Charmed really took morals by the horn. I want the characters of TVD to be more morally grey and not just because they came from sucky family situations.
I think the way the writers thought about it, all three seasons led up to Elena's inevitable turning, but I do agree that they should have spent time on screen actually building up to her turning, and in S3 there absolutely was none. I think alot of this season's hickups was due to the fact that the writers dón't know how to maintain a season-long villian, while still keeping the SL fast-paced. Joseph Morgan was a hit and they didn't want to lose him, unfortunately that's when they started raping his villianous demeanor and for some reason focused heavily on the DES triangle during the season's second half and even that didn't come to a real conclusion at the end of the season. Hoping for a less DES next season and according to JP, we didn't actually see Klaus' body burn, so Joseph will probably return next season.
I just want a truly amazing villian next season, TVD is severely lacking in that department(in my opininion). Not want main villian has actually died during the show's run, yet alot of good people have died, how does that make sense? Also want alot more Kol, he was completely underused and I think I read somewhere that they planned a storyline with him and Damon(Damon said he looked familiar in Klaus' ball or whatever) and that would give Damon something to do since a Elena shattered his heart. Also read they planned a succubus SL back in S1 with Matt's mom, they should revisit the idea, the show can always use more Melinda Clarke.
So, in the midst of all the TVD hate going on in this forum, is there anyone out there who's actually looking forward to season 4? Who's actually going to be watching season 4 and what are the things you'd most like to see(besides Elena dying)? Since it doesn't look like JP is planning on fulfilling my Dark Bonnie wish anytime soon, I'm really hoping they somehow make Elena the big bad for season 4, not like a Katherine 2.0, but something completely different, it would add a lot off spice to her character. Still disappointed that they didn't make "the darkness" a full-fledged entity of it's own though.
