Awesome pics at the casino! I will definitely watch the finale although it will probably leave us with a lot of cliffhangers.
@Lurk, I also think that 5x24 will be the end. I mean the ratings are so low at the moment, the show doesn't bring so much money as it used to. I would be totatlly pissed off if they renew this show instead of something that actually has higher ratings (like The Secret Circle).
One particular thing I dislike about this show now is the lack of glamorous parties. The highschool party, the wake, even the wedding were such bores for me. I remember how excited I was to see those parties in the first seasons. And now I hear about a Brooklyn coming-out party? WTF. This show used to be about the UES. I'm hoping the other SLs will be better, although I doubt it. The whole season seem to be written by some dudes on crack. Everything seems so rushed, so haotic, some characters are behaving oddly, other characters are so underused (it feels that they are almost props). No offense to Dair shippers, but the whole Dair thing could have been done 1000 times better and without sacrificing the other characters SLs.
Does anyone else think that Blair may start to turn Dan into Chuck unintentionally so that she may become sexually attracted to him? Maybe thats what will cause Dan and Blair to break up hopefully!
@Where's Waldorf, I agree with you after seeing in the canadian promo something that might a limo scene between Blair and Dan.
He's not a villain. But still he's kind of a douche. I mean who sells out his family and friends for a book? Calling your father a former rockstar turned trophy husband, calling his ex-girlfriend, with who he was madly in love, shallow and superficial and kind of dumb? I know it's fiction, but still when is modelled so much after reality, it hurts. He is certainly not the moral compass he thinks he is. And it seems it has a certain obsessive behavior regarding girls. He just starts thinking that he loves a girl so much, creates a perfect image of her, and everything's fine until that girl does something which he thinks is "morally" unacceptable. He did that with Serena when he found out about her past, he did that with Vanessa when he found out she was accepted to tisch program and he wasn't. He and Blair are good as friend. A relationship between them will only mess up their friendship in the end.
I'm watching more for the music I really want to see what happens with Serena after she receives the GG laptop. Also, I'm hoping that Blair gets her own story outside her love life. And I want to see how the whole Ivy/Lola story unfolds.
