idk though, I think the whole 'don't blame Elena' scene between SC was more about making clear that SC aren't romantic and won't ever be. Elena is really it for him. And Caroline still loves Elena. sucks, but yeah. S and C are probably the two most loyal people on the show, so it makes sense.
But hasn't that been said/shown enough times.Caroline fangirls to Stelena like Cray,thats already been established.Hell,even in s3 it was evident that Care prefered Stelena over Delena anytime of the day.
The reason i can never get into shipping Steroline romantically is that Stefan will NEVER EVER get over Elena,EVER. (and neither will Damon but thats another story) and he will ALWAYS choose Elena over her,that much became apparent today.I want Caroline to be some one's first choice not some leftover rebound thing she was for Matt,(thhis is also the reason i detested Maroline so mmuch).So Steroline as friends =AWESOME but they will be ruined forever if they ever got together.And if they ever do,they should be endgame,it should be in the series finale,with Stefan realizing his love for Caroline first.Bc otherwise,it'll only fuck up an awesome friendship.
