      But who besides Stefan or damon would open the coffins? Or elena ugh...I can't see anyone but those 3 opening the coffins, and stefan has more access to it since he was with Klaus there

      I think Klaus plans to open those though because if he really wants them all dead why couldn't he just dispose them

Anyway I can't tell if that's Elena or Katherine in the promo, though it clearly looks like Kathernie yet the whole promo is about a birthday, then there's cake and candles.
