  1. Best Villains in the Heroes Universe

Okay, well I'm not really waiting for Adam to come back and give Peter his scar.  That's just what I would like to see happen. Adam's legacy permanently etched on Peter's face.

You would think there would be a rule against killing a 400 year sword master that has history or is in some way connecty to nearly of the major characters in the series.

  2. Best Villains in the Heroes Universe

Adam Monroe all the way! Still waiting for him to come back somehow and give Peter his scar. If Hiro went back in time and saved Adam from Arthur, that would have undid about 80% of where Heroes as a series went wrong for me.

  3. Peter Flying ability Season Finale 2/8

It looks to me like Peter is now Sylar's sidekick. Sylar can get as many power's as he wants with Intuitive Aptitude and Peter can use one of those power's at a time by touching Sylar. I think if the show continues this is how things will be for a while, since in their minds they have been friends for years.

Not the solution I would have chose for "Peter's Power Problem", but we'll just have to wait and see if it even matters.

I suppose Peter could take Sylar's IA again, but he probably won't out of fear of "the hunger" which could turn Peter into a villain.

...Just thought of a new thread if anyone wants to start one.  "Who would make a better villain next season: Peter or Sylar"

  4. What should happen in season 5

One more thing.  Thing about Samuel that is most interesting is that he knows what he wants and has some kind of plan and purpose.

The other main characters Claire, Peter, and Hiro, have no idea what they are doing how they are going to use their powers to save the world, or what their purpose in life is (and Peter being a paramedic doesn't count!).  After 4 seasons, we should be past that.

Which is why the next season should show growth in the characters and I think it will take a time lapse of a few years to do that.

It's kind of like Eastwick, the show was supposed to be about witches, but the girls didn't even realize they were witches until the last episode and they were only accidently using their powers and had really low self-esteem the whole season.  No wonder it was cancelled!

I get that the initial appeal of the show was that normal people were discovering that they have powers, that's what got me hooked.  However four seasons later the same people are still discovering they have powers. and still don't know how to use them properly. Does anyone really want to see them in Season 5 going through the same thing? Just think of Hiro blinking his eyes and nothing happening every other episode next year.

  5. What should happen in season 5

I'll add my ideas to be fair:

I just want the next season to be a few years into the future, maybe with some flash backs to tie up loose ends.

Claire should be a part of the new company and reports to HRG.

Peter with his scar has something similar to his original powers back, but leads an underground faction of Heroes with Hiro, and Micah.

Both Claire and Peter think they are the good guys, but consider themselves enemies.

Samuel and Sylar both definitely bad, but have an "agreement" to stay out of eachother's way and not kill eachother.

Sylar is a loner, he hunts people with powers, maybe he'll get a love interest, and maybe she dies somehow, and now he is hunting Hiro so he can fix his mistake. (Maybe for season 6 and 7)

Samson will have found a new regen taken their powers and is now breaking all of the rules and must be stopped.

  6. What should happen in season 5

Didn't have time to post of full comment earlier.  But here's what I thought was horrible about the ideas above:

    1. Claire having a Magneto type personality?  I've compared Samuel several times on these forums to Magneto, why would Claire have a Magneto type personality?

    2. Samuel should not be killed off.

    3. Sylar should not start seeing is his victims in his head like Matt Parkman saw Sylar.  That would mean that the show would need to bring back all of the dead characters that Sylar has killed in the past and cast them in a recurring role featured as "Sylar's daily nightmare".

    4. The second to last idea requires Samuel to be dead, So again, horrible.

    5. Angela's sister can come back, that's fine. Not that it would be neccessary to make next season any better.

But 4 out of 5 of the above ideas completely horrible.

  8. Possible solution to Peter's power problem...

So, I just checked the heroeswiki.com site, and it says that Charles' known ability is Telepathy.

While I was there I also decided to look up "Caitlin" this is what I found:

"As Caitlin remains trapped in an alternate future that does not occur, her fate has yet to be determined. The writers were to reveal her fate in the original Volume Three: "Exodus", but "Exodus" was shelved and replaced with "Villains" due to the extra long hiatus created by the Writer's Strike in America."

I can only imagine how awesome this "Exodus" volume would have been, especially since it was supposed to be there in place of Villains.  If only Hiro could go back in time and prevent the writer's strike from ever happening....

  9. Samuel's compass

In the iStory (which sucks, and I hate that there is relevent info there) on the heroes main site, one of the most recent stories revealed that Samuel has a droor full of compasses. He must have found the one Mohinder made and figured out how to make more, inlcuding the one in ink on Peter's arm.

I'm pretty sure the purpose of it is to point people with abilities to Samuel's magnetic force.

  10. Samuel's Master Plan

This is exactly what I was thinking Ravenhill.  Samuel's already powerful enough to level an entire building, so if his power keeps increasing, what will he be able to do? Especially since in that future everyone had powers, it could easily be explained that he was the one who was responsible for splitting the world in half.  All it would take is one really bad day and a temper tantrum.

However, if that is what is meant to happen that would make everthing completely pointless and definitely not be much of a master plan.
