  1. favorite grey's scenes

MerDer fan, I'll allow myself 10 their scenes+10 more...

    Mer&Der

1.Elevator proposal-loved how McDreamy approached to it after she said no in the previous 2 shots in the epi, and I adored everything he said about Mer... So true

2.After William's execution-How Derek knew exactly what Mer needed at that point. And that was Cristina :) And Ellen Pompeo was AMAZING in this scene

    3.House of candles-Mer's speech&I loved when Derek asked "Where's the bedroom?" ;)

4.Derek coming to apologize after the fight they had  (S3, I think when Meredith told Mark that chief is retiring)-She looked so innocent and she didn't know what to do, and he came, apologized, kissed her and hugged her. Cute

5.Last kiss description-Beautiful scene that I'll never forget

6."Wedding"-Loved the vows and how Derek kissed his "bride"+we saw in some upcoming epi the post it framed and standing on the wall over their bed

7.Pulling out of the water&working on Mer-Showed how much he truly cared about her and what she meant to him (and what she ofc still means to him)

8.Falling asleep on Meredith's shoulder-when Derek was exhausted after the long spinal tumor surgery. Shows how much he finds comfort in her and how big support she is ti him

9.Bringing Izzie's scans to his trailer-Showed Meredith's faith in Derek both as a surgeon and as a person

10.Hair smelling-in the elevator of course. I think I don't to say anything else for this one

    Other:

I have to add that I pretty much love all the scenes equally so the order is not really relevant. And I love different things in each one, somewhere it's acting, somewhere beauty of the moment, somewhere the funny moments

1.Meredith waking up after drowning-I loved Cristina in this scene "You are the one person I wanted to tell. Thank you for not dying." And then tears in the corners of Mer's eyes. Awww

2.Bailey in Meredith's surgery-"You better not pull anything funny on me Grey". Shows how much Bailey cares for her interns

3.I love you Cristina Yang-This was actually said by Meredith ;) In the season 5 finale. Shows their forever lasting friendship and how much Meredith has changed, like Cristina pointed out

4.Alex&Mer, shower-Mer temporarily freaks out after Derek mentioned making babies so she ran to the nearest person she could trust-ALEX. I loved the scene, him naked in the shower and talking to her while she sat on the floor (I think). Love their brother/sister relationship

5.007-Meredith's discovery of John Doe's true identity. I love the scene simply because it was shocking, I for one didn't see it coming, and then as soon Mer said OMG it hit me. Once again, brilliant acting from Ellen Pompeo. I don't understand how she didn't get and Emmy so far for all her great work in portrayal of Meredith Grey

6.Izzie&Denny, revelation-When Izzie finally realizes what "I'm here for you" means. I love the scene because I thought it was a final confrontation between them (I think it was over the top bringing him again later in the season) and, although I dislike Katherine Heigl as a person, the acting was great in that scene

7.William's surgery-Bailey comes in and so atypically for her asks Derek to quit the surgery and basically kill William. I loved the darkness of the scene, tension building background music, and Cristina's little sarcastic comment "Dr Bailey should I put in a drain?"

8.Christmas tree-Mer, Izzie, George and Doc, I love the meaning of that scene, showing how back there they were all one happy family

9.Meredith's transplant donation-I adored the cute scene with Lexie afterwards. Showed how finally Meredith warmed up to her and accepted her as her sister (actually half sister, but remember, Mer called her a sister in the finale :D ) and her biological family

10.Sparkle pager-I LOVED Cristina's competitive and little bit arrogant side coming up in this scene. Everything about it was comical, I just loved it

Also scenes worth mentioning (tons of them, but some that first come to my mind) are Cristina and Derek drinking coffee (when Sadie comes), Meredith helping Izzie to get up after Denny's death, Meredith on morphine, Addie's poison oak, Cristina operating on Derek (and all the scenes around it), Meredith's glass half empty when she tells her theory (while holding the bomb) that the hospital is going to explode, and BELIEVE IT OR NOT, the scene that always make ma laugh (believe it or not, because I don't really like the character) April's freak out:  "I saw it on Oprah or somewhere that if you tell them (murderers) more details about yourself, they're less likely to kill you..."

There you go, now it's your turn. lol I really made a huge post :D

  2. Five favourite characters

And, just to add, from the newest additions, I love Jackson. He is such a badass, and I loved how he remembered the little trick in Derek's surgery.

  3. Five favourite characters

1.Meredith-Instantly fell in love with her character, I adore Mer. She went through so much, and still managed to become great and lovable person she is today.

2.Cristina-took that position from Derek, who was long my number 2. But Cristina is just...CRISTINA. I love her competitive side which is always gonna be a part of her, and I adore her friendship with Mer. What she did in the finale...Hardcore and amazing.

3.Derek-who doesn't love McDreamy? Patrick Dempsey is such an amazing actor, and he brings something special in portrayal of Derek's character. I love his dedication to what he does, and his compassion for patients.

4.Bailey-I love Miranda, she is such an amazing teacher and she cares so much about her interns (and yes, I know they are residents now ;) ) And I love how she manages to be an extraordinary surgeon and a good mum

5.Alex-At first, he was just another character for me. But, from the end of season 4, I really started to warm up to him. His character has grown so much, I think the most of all (though Meredith came long way up too). I love his friendship with Mer, their beautiful brother-sister bondage. And how he took care of Ava (whom I didn't really like) and Izzie (yeah, I didn;t like her either)... With all the history we've learned, it's a miracle how he became what he is

There, my top 5. Gotta add, I also love Mark, Arizona and Lexie has really grown to my heart.

  4. Five least favorite Grey's character's

Plus, I gotta add, from the core characters, my least favorite is Izzie. She was ok till the point where she slept with George. I think from that point, the whole show went on a plane with a one way ticket to **disaster** (although I still adore the show, we can agree that now it just shines from time to time). But, I also HATE Katherine Heigl, for the way she abandoned the show that gave her all she has now. I mean, let's face it, nobody would offer her a single movie role, if it wasn't for Grey's. And in the end, she couldn't even come for 1 epi, at least to close her story line. So, that might be part of the reason why I couldn't stand Izzie in season 4,5,6.

  5. Five least favorite Grey's character's

1.Rose-ruined MerDer for me in season 4. I was soooo glad when she was out.

    2. Thatcher-slapping Mer? SERIOUSLY? Although, he was a little bit more likable in this past season...

3.Dr Sevvoy-the doctor from the M&M who questioned Bailey. I hated that arrogant face.

4.Hahn-I hated the way she was treating Cristina. No matter what her excuses were.

5.Tucker-He left Bailey. I mean, seriously? Who can he not understand the needs of her job?

  6. Top 10 Grey's epis

    lol

there are a lot of great epis. I see lot of people love Elevator love letter. For me, that episode has the best scene in the whole show so far (MerDer engagement ofc), but somehow the rest of it.... I hated how everything was around Izzie. I didn't like the whole "Hey, Denny is back" storyline, and there were better ways to write her off than bringing up the cancer. And I forgot to mention The becoming, I loved that epi. Cristina finally making a revelation about her still present feelings for Burke, plus her singing with Lexie... HILARIOUS!

  7. What was the first Grey's episode you ever watched?

I was listing channels and the first thing I watched from grey's was Into you like a train, bits and pieces of that epi. But, I didn't know when it was on in my country, so there was a big pause. Then I started watching on another TV network from somewhere past mid season 2 (epis from Yesterday, Band aid covers the bullet hole...) then they changed the time of the show again. So i caught up the epi where Mer's mom became lucid. And one night, I saw accidentally (while listing the channels) the scene with the little girl answering to Derek's question about where Mer is by pointing to the water (Drowning on dry land). So, I watched it till the end. I couldn't believe they would let Mer die (she is the lead character and my favorite), so I went on the net and watched some kind of miracle like 6,7 times. And that epi actually got me addicted, so I caught up on everything and I started watching regularly from season 5 epi In the midnight hour. There, whole history of Grey's and me xD

  8. Top 10 Grey's epis

What are your favorite (10) epis of grey's?

    Here are mine:

1.Some kind of miracle-got me addicted to the show, and scene where Cristina tells Mer she was getting married to Burke and that Meredith was the one person she wanted to tell... One of the best scenes in grey's IMO...

2.Deterioration of the fight and flight response-amazing acting, every scene with Denny and the interns was phenomenal+George's and Meredith's beautiful reconciliation (George played the big part in it, I loved his little speech)

3.Freedom-MerDer reunion as a climax of the season+amazing wrapping of all the storylines (especially in the last ten minutes)

4.Stairway to heaven-really dark epi in my opinion, but I LOVED it:Meredith's sobbing in the end and Derek being there for her, reconciliation with Cristina, Bailey and crossing the line+at that time I thought Denny the Ghost was gone for good -.-

5.It's the end of the world/As we know it-amazing acting and excellent plot line

6.Here's to future days/Now or never-brilliant and moving two hours of grey's, revelation of John Doe's identity+excellent acting from Justin Chambers (gotta add, Alex fas one of my favorites in these epis)

7.In the midnight hour-Great epi, little bit of old Grey's humor, Lexie asking for Mer's help, how Meredith and Cristina handled out Sadie's surgery (although Cristina was punished unfairly in the end :( )

8.Give peace a chance-Derek centric episode, excellent epi, and probably one of the best epis that didn't involve some major storyline. We got to see a little bit more of Derek's personality, why he became a surgeon in the first place, his dedication for what he does. Loved it...

9.Sanctuary/Death and all his friends-unrealistic, but still made for some good drama-Cristina rocked that epi, she was my favorite in it

10.Grandma got run over by a reindeer-one of the good old epis with humor in it, and the ending scene with Mer, Izzie, George and Doc under the Christmas tree was beautiful, one of my fave scenes in the whole series

Honorable mentions go to: Superstition, Into you like a train, A hard day's night, Where the wild things are and I will follow you into the dark

There, my top 10 and reasons for them. Now let's hear you ;)

  9. Season 6 premiere

14Grey's, so good to have you back. I'm glad you had great time in Vegas.

First epi is called "I Give You Everything"? I guess then it refers to George donating his organs, there is some talk about that... He literally gives every single piece of him. I can't wait for the premiere.

And, you're right, everything started with T.R./Isaiah "thing". Shonda has a brilliant mind for creating, I mean this is her first show as far as I know, "her little baby", and look what she achieved. Of course, it's not everything on her, she had help, and the actors did an amazing job, but again, she is a great writer, though I don't like that she started with Private Practice, I don't watch it, although I pretty much like Addie, she is way better on Grey's. And, I don't want Grey's to suffer cause of PP. Although season 5 was.... AMAZING (at least for me). Back to Shonda. I would say she is a great writer, but I'm not so sure I would enjoy in her company in a normal non-Grey's conversation.

Hey, I got an idea. Let's match the residents with their specialties (and Lexie, she hangs out with them now, and she too has to choose). You can choose from cardio-thoracics, neuro (I don't know the proffesional name for it), general surgery, peds, plastics, ortho, ob/gyn and trauma. (I think I covered everything).

    Ok, my picks.

Meredith-neuro (Derek, clinical trial, and lately she spends a lot of time at neuro... And of course, who wouldn't want to be right next to McDreamy in the O.R. :)))

Cristina-cardio (I mean, we knew that from day 1, Cris already declared cardio)

Alex-general surgery (I know most people think he is shallow and that he is for plastics, but I think it was a period that passed, he has really grown...)

Izzie-ob/gyn or maybe peds (of course if she ever walks in seattle grace as a doctor, but I'm pretty positive she will). i guess she i

George-trauma (I mean, he will die, but I bet he would choose trauma surgery)

Lexie-plastics ("smiley face posters in her room"... plastics really suit her, and then there's Mark to convince her...)

    What are your choices?

  10. On-Set Funeral Pics

I guess same as they did with Lexie (well, Chyler, to be more precise)... They always filmed just the upper part of Chyler, and if they filmed the whole body, she was always carrying something to hide her belly. So, it looks that plan worked...
