   Elena was a really strong woman in S1. I think she still is... but I think Stefan turning into a ripper and leaving her behind really took a toll on her. But I think the whole death scene of Bonnie's mom was horrible. They shouldn't have to make Bonnie apologize for anything. I mean, they KILLED her mom, her only family left.
