Blair and Dan would work if it wasnt so damn forced and awkward. Its like they are trying to have chemistry instead of just having it. Blair could reach an orgasm from a clavicle bone hand brush or intense eyesex for Christ' sake!! This happens NATURALLY when two people have chemistry. Dan and Blair just dont.

So true. Its an insult to the talent Safran has, and that talent is actually great. didnt ed westwick wish for death of his character romeo & juliet style? That alone should tell you the status of the show and how the cast feels about it.Posted 4/3/2012 12:09:36 PM #
and also, I read synopsis about next few episodes, Dair will have a coming out as a couple party. what in the ever loving fuck?
Lame sex will do that. This show, I swear.Posted 4/3/2012 12:06:11 PM #
Jov - were you supposedly a rape supporter for defending Chuck in late season 4? We hear that all the time. But Chuck would never in a million years rape Blair. I know his haters point to the pilot, but Chuck has come so far since then. Also, he was a completely different character in 1x01... for instance, wasn't his mother still living?
I blame Safran for the glass punch while Blair was still in close proximity. I do fully believe that he would tear up the suite, but I think he would have waited until she was gone.
Chuck was created with purpose of being a villain who does heinous shit, like attack girls and take what he wants without mercy. Then he turned anti-hero, then likeable, then VILLAIN again when he tried to sell Blair. Fucking bipolar Safran I tell you. He destroys everything. He destroyed and fixed chuck over the course of 5 seasons ,and so far he has ONLY destroyed Blair with no intent of fixing her.Posted 4/3/2012 11:59:53 AM #
Jov - well I'm glad you've decided to post again! Damn the haters!!!
I dont care anymore because I dont care about the show. Safran has cheated me out of my guilty pleasure.Posted 4/3/2012 11:56:44 AM #
Safran took a HUGE shit on Dan and Serena romance by creating off-screen scenarios to justify Dair. He went to her essay reading? He understood her from the BEGINNING.
What the actual fuck? Who would buy that off-screen rewritten history shit??Posted 4/3/2012 11:55:48 AM #
I've given up on Gossip Girl long time ago. I got tired of people attacking one another viciously and on personal levels because they disagreed on ships. I got called "rape supporter" last year, and that was the last time I ever posted on this forum. People here can be fucking crazy and nobody was willing to have a decent discussion. I've read last interviews with Safran. That man is delusional. He is not watching what we are watching. Its madness. Averaging million viewers. That is fucking sad as hell.Posted 4/3/2012 11:52:46 AM #
Its been a while since I posted here, but awkward Dair sex was something I had to comment on. I'll admit first hand, I have not been watching the episodes because I dont want to fuel Safran's strange hard-on for the shows MOST BORING character. I feel that the writers have successfully managed to alienate ANY old gossip girl audience by isolating the characters, destroying Blair/Serena friendship, making a royal wedding fiasco, Blair's bipolar disorder and constant wonder what other physical & mental harm will come to chuck.
Blair Waldorf is no longer the same character she was in the first few seasons. She is mentally unstable, bipolar and worst of all PIOUS. Whereas Serena felt HUGE guilt over sex with Nate back in the day that even caused her to leave the city out of shame, Blair has shown NO regards to Serena in terms of Dan, COMPLETE lack of empathy towards her miscarried baby and lets not even get into the newest Blair deal: married to a royal while having lame and drunk sex in dirty alleys and bathrooms with a man who wrote bad fanfiction about her in his book. Oh how they mighty fall. And Safran is trying to sell THIS as an evolution of Blair. Whats going on with Blair right now DISPROVES evolution.
From silk sheets and blindfolds, role playing, and kink with great amount of INTIMACY, to a bipolar drunken fueled dirty elevator sexcapades with Humdrum Humphrey. When Jenny and Vanessa have MORE class than you Blair, your time is up.
Sorry for the long rant everyone.Posted 4/3/2012 11:40:53 AM #
Yeah that's not funny. It's manipulative and shows how little they think of the audience. Deceptive advertising makes me less likely to watch a show.
From averaging 2.5 million viewers, to barely breaking 1.3
thats fucking sad as hell.Posted 10/27/2011 10:27:49 AM #
Dont you guys think its funny how CW is manipulating audience into watching by posting chair pics from scenes that never aired? Pathetic.Posted 10/27/2011 10:17:55 AM #
