I know this must have been posted countless times but I think it deserves a repost. Or a thousand.
Hi! We still haven't gotten a sneak peek, haven't we?
I asked my fb friends to buy me the ticket for Christmas, but I guess I have more chances with the lottery :D
They do, but I never buy tickets :D
The site is beautiful, plus I always wanted to visit the New England. Sob.
If I ever find the money for the plane ticket (I doubt it, but who knows) I will camp in your living room :D hate sleeping in a tent sooooo much! (I got a cold, and temperature, and sore bones)
They only sell 5000 tix to Solid Sound.
Do you need to sleep in a tent there?
I saw Wilco at EotR 2010 and it was great. We still were only 6000 people that year, now we're 10000 :/
The secret shows in the woods are always my favorite because there are only a bunch of people and they're magic.
The Wilderness of Manitoba at the piano stage at night ( http://youtu.be/-csOpnQCepg - http://youtu.be/OxU52FKtLgU ) and Okkervil River in the disco forest ( http://youtu.be/8iqoQpWGklk ) are two of my favorite music moments that I will always cherish.
This year I was one of the few lucky people to see Alabama Shakes in the woods at night, but... I it may sound blaspheme... I didn't enjoy it that much, maybe acoustic doesn't suit them.
The Solid Sound festival looks amazing... if only flight tickets weren't so expensive :(
If you ever come to the EotR you'll find me there ;)
Uh, things to do in the woods?
There is a library in the woods (and everyday there are authors reading), the comedy stage, a games area, art installations, a disco, activities for children, yoga classes, circus classes and the beautiful piano stage, where everybody can play and some artists can do secret acoustic sets if they feel like
And there are also other activities in the garden area, like the cinema tent. This year I learnt how to knit at the knitting tent :D
do you think he confused him for dan?
perhaps, if not I tink I dislike Matt Camden even more.
