  1. CHAIR BABY!?!?!?!!

It's not like she didn't sleep with Louis either... However, from the events of this episode, it definitely implies that the baby is Chuck's. For all we know, it's a false positive.

Chuck's now mature and whatnot so we'll see how it rolls out. I'm still rooting Chair... especially after this episode. Chuck's undoubtedly somewhere in Europe with Nate so maybe they'll run into Blair?

The Chuck/Blair pregnancy scare/situation brings Season 1 nostalgia... It was so unexpected and delightful! Can't wait for Season 5... Finally, the writers did something right.

The actor who plays Louis isn't contracted to be a regular, so we'll see how that works out. Plus there's no way Blair is marrying him... that would require moving away from New York! We all know there's no Gossip Girl without Blair Waldorf.

  2. THIS IS EPIC THE MOMENT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR

Seriously... Chuck and Blair are the whole show.. They have the only really good plot because they have the best and most interesting characters.

How to pick up the second half of the season? Play up the Chuck/Blair action! Nate/Serena is kinda boring...

  3. They Shoot Humphreys, Don't They?

PS the cotillion practice in season 1 was at a really swanky place. Why was it so much less classy now? The practice was in a WAREHOUSE or something? And the cotillion itself wasn't as classy. Sigh.

Just goes to show that Blair took all the sophistication with her Wink

  5. Threesome

I was kinda wanting it to be Chuck, Blair, and Nate. I don't know, I just thinks it's most in-character makes most sense to me..

  6. The Grandfather: Part II

The Chair moment was great. I've got to say: I'm on Blair's side with this one. The cake act was really immature and the fake boyfriend was ridiculous. Peeing the plants? Anyone would kick him out. I feel bad about the friend thing because she genuinely didn't know and for the first time, Blair Waldorf got played. :(

About Chuck, at least they stayed consistent with his growth. They can't have him go back to his old ways cause that'd completely null everything that happened season 2. He grew up, and that's fine. But I would've liked to see him get more angry about the cake incident because in the end, he's still Chuck Bass, who has proved to be quite the vengeful schemer. Hoping to see more Chair in the next episodes..  threesome next episode!

  7. okay, I need to get on my soapbox

I completely agree and I'm disappointed. They're more immature than they were in the last season, as high schoolers! It's completely unreal that after barely being forgiven Blair would go out behind Chuck's back again. She's not stupid. Writers this season are so at a lack of a central antagonist they're back to trying to pin it on Blair. She's been, so far, one of the most multi-faceted characters on the show and they're completely flattening her out this season.

On top of that, she wouldn't ask Jack for help. Not only knowing that Chuck hates him, in season two, her feelings about Jack were not friendly either! Completely unrealistic. Another Blair/Serena feud? Not just a feud, but one petty as this? Writers are scraping the bottom of the barrel here. I'm not impressed but I'm hoping its just a slow start to better things to come.
