Yeah. I feel season 3 could have been amazing, but it didn't happen. At least Chair will possibly have a new start come Season 4

I would give
Season 1 = A+
Season 2 = B-
Season 3 =C+
I wish season 3 had more Chair. Many liked 3.03 and that happened to be one of my favorite episodes for them. It was them being themselves, and I miss that .

I think that S is going to find a new guy in Paris, and Blair will try to too, but she will still love Chuck. I think S will think she is in love with the new guy until she sees dan again, and old feelings resurface, The same with Blair when she sees Chuck
