Neither. The HBIC works alone. I want Katherine to bring drama, not to fall in love or something...

I am desperately in love with Katherine. I hope she NEVER goes away. I love her drama with the brothers, plus the fact that she is so mysterious. There is SO much we dont know about her and I`m burning with excitement. Oh yeah, I hope she SERIOUSLY kicks ass. She`s the main villain so she better be villainous!

How the heck did Katherine get into Caroline's house?

Well, we didn't see anything before she entered Caroline's room, so I guess she pretended to be Elena again and Caroline's mom probably invited her in. Maybe the writers want us to think about this... after all Katherine has connections idk.

I guess you could assume Caroline´s mother asked Caroline
