181. OT: Downton Abbey

     Ohh I'm so very happy that this thread isn't dead! I was afraid I was too late! I needed a place where I could discuss my latest obsession! lol

     I know right?! There should be more people! Maybe it's because in the US they haven't shown the second season yet. In Italy, where I'm from, they only just now started the first season. But since I like to hear the original voices of the actors (particularly when they have such a beautiful english accent) I downloaded all the episodes. ^_^

     I read the same fake synopsis for the 3 season as you btw and for a second I actually got scared because I thought it was real! Fortunately it was not. I hope that in a few months we'll at least get some info on the third season, like interviews, photos or something. For now I keep watching all the best parts of season 2 on repeat. :)

     I'm really glad everyone is positive again! ^_^

     As for the kiss, I'm gonna hope against all odds that it will be between dan and blair, which maybe could be the start of the blair will start rethinking her feelings spoiler (though it's probably just wishful thinking on my part).

     P.S. Cami come fai a far muovere la tua icona? Anch'io ho messo un gif invece che una normale foto ma la mia nn si muove...sob :(

183. OT: Downton Abbey

     Hi! I've just discovered this thread and I would like to join in the Downton Abbey (and more particularly Mary and Matthew) love! Hope I'm not too late!

     I found out about this series only a few weeks ago and I marathoned all the episoes in 2 days! Part of me wishes I hadn't though because now we have to wait till september for season 3. lol

     BTW, I agree about the proposal. It couldn't have been better! So romantic! I just hope we will get to see the actual wedding and that they won't start the season with the two of them already married. I NEED to see it after all the pain of season 2.

     Happy 2012 everyone!

     I just realized that GG never did a new year's eve episode...such a pity! It would be awesome if it was something like the end of When Harry met Sally but reversed, with blair being harry and declaring herself to dan and then kissing...though I suppose it's a little too early for that...maybe they can spend a dair new year next year as a couple! One can always hope! lol ^_^

     I know these writers are not consistent, unfortunately for us, otherwise dair would have happened long ago and the triangle would have been dan/blair/chuck and not louis/blair/chuck... but they can't continue to push it back or people will get tired!

     French is also a beautiful language to hear! I studied it at school a little (though I've forgotten most of it now lol). Everything sounds so romantic is french. :)

     Louis is like one of those villians who never die no matter how much you really want them to. I didn't hate him at the beginning because I thought he was just a guest star who would go away once blair and serena went back to NY, then I thought he would go away by the end of season 4, but he is still here!! He really has to go away after 5x13. The writers can't be so cruel as to keep him! Not when they have so many better storylines they could do!

     Yes someone had to be fired for that dress! lol As for Louis, it would be enough if he just goes back to monaco where he belongs, but if he is still around after the 100th ep then I'll gladly push him from the edge of a cliff! lol
