Chuck and Blair = Bitchin'
If the conversation is who we think will be endgame (logically), and not who we want to be endgame, I really don't see how anyone can say that Chuck and Blair won't end up together. I think the other 'endgame' couples are still up in the air, as I can see the writers returning to Serena/Dan, staying with Serena/Nate, or putting Nate back with Vanessa.
But really, I can't see them ending the show with Nate and Blair...
Maybe I'm a bit biased because I do love Chair, but the creators of the show themselves said that Chair is endgame, so I think we can assume that's going to happen.
Does anyone here know the name of the song that played when Chuck and Blair broke up, and the through Chuck's ending scene with Jack?
Does anyone know the name of the song that played at the end? It started during the scene where Chuck and Blair break up, and then continues through Blair crying in her room, and Chuck talking with Jack at the Empire.
Thanks so much!
Wow, that was completely unecessary...

I'm sure the writers (sadly) are not smart enough to come up with that.
I totally agree with the original topic of this thread. We all know that Chuck and Blair are not over for good, just as well as we all know (hopefully) that if someone ever traded you for a hotel you should probably cut your ties with that person. But Gossip Girl is not reality, and these characters and situations were written purely for entertainment.
It's my opinion however that the writers need to go back and watch their own show to avoid another complete OOC moment. If you really think about it, this whole storyline - and the Chuck's mother storyline as well - doesn't make sense.
First, Chuck hates Jack, and through previous encounters does not trust him whatsoever. Jack manipulated Chuck last season to try and get Bass Industries, slept with Blair, and tried to rape Lily. And last season Chuck acted accordingly. After he found out Jack wanted Bass Industries, he did the adult thing and handed the company over to Lily for a while. He was super pissed and hurt that Jack had slept with Blair. And obviously furious when Jack attacked Lily.
Yet somehow the writers are acting like none of that ever happened. Now they are saying that not only does Chuck seem to care about a building more than he cares about Blair, but he also appearently hates her enough to happily send her into the arms of his worst enemy....huh?!
Basically, I know that Chuck and Blair will get back together, but I'm finding it necessary to pretend that Chuck is (and he probably really is) mentally unsound. Because that's the only way I can see why he'd fall into such an obvious trap. Come on.
(On a side note, appearently the writers also forgot that Chuck's father supposedly hated him because his mother died during his birth. But now his mother doesn't care about Chuck's dad, is in love with Bart's brother, and was never dead in the first place. So what, Bart was just super lame and hated Chuck for no reason at all?)
