  1. ~ Chuck & Blair ~ 2.0

You know what I'm so effing excited for? Blair and Bart to have a few words. They only ever spoke once in this whole show I think and that was in the christmas episode in Season 1. A lot of fanfic writers have been waiting for this moment.

I love that Chucks first words to Blair asking if he liked her were "Define like."

He actually ended up defining it for the both of them when he described the butterflies. I hope the butterflies get mentioned again.

Here's what I think about the writers and Josh Safran when it comes to Dair. I think that Blair was built up to them as their favourite character. Like their own Seth Cohen. I do. I think they made her their perfect woman. Dan is a writer and he has often felt like the underdog next to big corporation-like people like the Basses. That's probably how the writers have felt at some point in their lives and as a result made Dair happen. Absolute bullshit if you ask me, seeing as they seem to be disregarding the masterpiece they've written that is Chuck Bass. He is the coolest character of them all. Not just in my fan girl way, but in my Media studying, extension English way I can see how awesome and multi-layered Chuck Bass is. To roll your eyes at Chuck's antics is to prove that you were lazy and didnt take the time to really understand his character.

If there is a rumoured dream sequence then I think the plane crash will be in the dream sequence. I really think the weddings and Henry Bass are 100% real. We're just being trolled so it leaves is wondering.

I hope more than anything that my theory about GG's identity is the actual truth because it does make so much sense

Did anyone else think Chuck looked a bit gutted or gave Nate a slight angry glance when he said the thing about Chuck Bass usually being the villain? It's really mean Nate I don't care what your intentions are but Chuck has been trying to get rid of that stereotype for over a year now.  I saw this on tumblr and.....Do you think..that the whole point of this is to highlight the extreme contrast to season 3 chuck and season 3 CB? To me the dialogue is just TOO similar for the writers to not know this and be doing it deliberately. Everything Chuck should have done in s3 he looks like he will do this season, allow Blair to be there for him (I bloody hope next episode he does), INVOLVE her instead of using her this time, and put her before himself. I think this is what will come in ep 9, he has to prove his 6x01 words. They are setting this up for something that could be brilliant, they just have to be able to pull it off. I agree. If you all think in terms of Chair building upon what they were in Season 3, you will find it a lot easier to like what the writers are doing. I have seen this all along. They are an improvement upon how they were in Season 3. They're more mature.

I'm so fucking excited for Blair to have so much sex with Chuck that he never down spirals again LOL I'm loving this solution. I think they're bringing back their dressup sex games with Blair dressing like an Indian. YES.

In Gossip Girl, 6×08 ‘It’s Really Complicated,’ Serena and Dan decide to throw their first Thanksgiving together, inviting only their closest friends, but everyone seems to have their own agenda for attending. Feeling defeated by his father, Chuck begins a downward spiral, leaving Blair to find a solution to his problems. Meanwhile, Dan has written his latest exposé, but he must make a tough decision whether to publish it, knowing it could destroy a close friendship.

Ed, Penn and Chase are so hot and they all look the way their character's should look.

is anyone else part of the "I hate Lily" squad? Fuck I actually want Ivy and William to succeed now because she's such a miserable bitch. I do not sympathise with her in any way. What an awful person she is. Why does she act like she does anything out of the goodness of her heart? WHAT heart? If you had a heart you wouldn't do half the things you do to innocent people like Ben.

I'm sick of Blair trusting Sage. When I saw that Blair's scheming with Sage was going to screw her over again, I literally yelled at the tv screen. Lucky, that for once it was a success because of her natural talent. Thank God for a Blair on top for once.

Ivy and William are probably going to turn to Juliet for help. She actually succeeded in her revenge and got away with it. My friend loved her and thought her storyline was awesome. I have mixed feelings but I will always maintain that I felt sorry for Juliet. There are certain people who deserve the wrath of the NJBC but Juliet was not one of them in my opinion.  I feel the same way when I read fanfictions where Dan and Vanessa are cast out and hated by the NJBC. That really makes the author look like they haven't watched the show properly and are taking a pretty shallow approach to it. The only time Dan was a fuck-up was when he was chasing Blair to run away from Serena. Even now, because he explained himself in a reasonable way, I've forgiven him. I was angry at him in my past posts because I knew he was being an idiot about Blair and perhaps taking his rage at Serena too far. But did anyone notice how refreshing it was to watch Dan and Serena be  light, helping each other to grow and be good people the way they always have? Amidst all that betrayal and the Bart Bass shadow over everyone in the episode, they were lovely. I'm not jumping to hating Dan for writing about Serena just yet, because he could be writing something good about her. He wrote good stuff about Chuck. It really is Inside Out if he attacks Blair and Nate and is nice to Serena and Chuck. I think Dan is still unsure of whether Serena is Sabrina or not, and seeing her with Steven in the next episode may affect him more than she realises.

Another thing. People have mentioned that the apologies were rushed. But I don't know. To me, the people making up have just as much of a good history as a bad one. No matter what it is, Blarena and Derena have had too much of a history to drag their disagreements out any further. The apologies were acceptable. They said what needed to be said. There's no point in hating each other more over one night in comparison to the lifetime they've had together
