I'm thinking that promo has snippets from the episode where Chuck is falling back into old patterns and Blair gets worried. I'm not sure if that is 6x06 or 6x07 or 6x08.
The gif of Nate has a clearly distraught Chuck rolling on the bed in the background. The NJBC probably rescues him. Blair probably strips for him or something in her way of making him feel better.

If you truly love someone you actually don't know how to organise yourself or act around them. It's not about just having things to talk about or carefullyy selecting and planning every moment. It's always a nervous, exhilarating moment. That's how you know Chuck and Blair are true love. The fact that they were ever able to admit their huge feelings and actually be able to classify each other as bf and gf at one point is actually a bigger breakthrough than most people give it credit. Think about it. How shaky would you be around someone you felt that strongly about?

Honestly the problem with Dan and Dair fans is that they think Blair is some innocent victim in all of this. They only see the way she suffers for Chuck instead of her character as a whole. They actually think that she's some poor nice girl who Dan needed to save. IT'S BLAIR FREAKING WALDORF. She's not a damsel in distress. They honestly ignore every other aspect to her but her vulnerable side.
I feel like the purpose of this episode was to show that Dan and Serena aren't devastated by Steven and Blair hating them. I mean they're sad because they thought they loved them. But it honestly doesn't look like it's the end of the world for either of them.
