Hi all :) I will talk to you all tonight and then no talking here until I've seen the finale! :)
The action scene was off but I will fill the gaps in myself. The main thing is that Bart dying was necessary. Blair and Lily were in danger. He had already attempted to kill Chuck twice. He was responsible for two murders. EVERYONE was in danger of Bart. He was so scary. He was always one step ahead. I loved what Chuck got to say to his Dad before he died. The talk about being a man. Twas necessary. It's sad that it got to that dramatic point though. If you rewatch Season 1 and a little of Season 2, Chuck and Bart had a chance to figure it all out. Heck they had a chance when he returned from the dead too. Chuck should have hated him but he saved him and was a good man.
I'm still Team Derena. But I'm no longer 100% on Dan's side because I found out he was originally using Serena. If it weren't the case I'd be on Dan's side completely. Dan made a mistake, and he is paying for it from everyone. He isn't getting forgiven instantly. So he will deserve Serena after this penance. The same as Chuck did with Blair.
Chair's kiss was honestly one of their most perfect kisses. The set up may have been a bit off, but the way Leighton and Ed kissed was explosive and they fitted against each other more perfectly than ever. It was a good kiss.
Loved the girl power take down. Hopefully it becomes relevant to the next episode as well, especially since Georgina handed out evidence.
I warmed up to Sage. I still don't like her age. But she is a good woman for Nate.
On the promo:
I KNEW Dan was connected to the identity of GG. I said it many times guys that he was connected in some way. There was no way he was actually GG but he did have a connection to the identity.
Cheering that we see the proposal. Chuck looks hot when he's messy in that white blouse. Chair cuddling in the car is adorable. Can't wait for the wedding. There is no way Chuck will be able to be charged. Even if they could prove he was there on the roof with Blair, it was still self defence. Bart was GUILTY.
Question:
Was Blair's dream from the film Charade? What movie was it? Because I looked up the synopsis of Charade and it kind of fits in with the episode. Especially since the music was used again during Bart's death.
