A Southern Gentleman Prefers Blondes

I'm getting sicker and sicker of Nate. I'm mean, gosh, he's the most stupid character ever! First, he denies his family and tries to make it out of Manhattan by dating Vanessa. Then, all of sudden, he decides to make ammends with his family and breaks up with her because she doesn't "fit". Then, he gets back together with Blair. Then, AGAIN, he turns against his family and then, just to top it of, tries to turn Balir into some Brooklyn girl, just like Vanessa! Goooddd, that guy should make up his mind and give us a break.

I'm still rather pissed that they've put up the whole Chair thing for so long. I mean, their MEANT to be, but all this waiting makes me lose "the sparks". I mean, still love them, wait every episode for some of their moments, but I don't get the "oh-wow-now!" feeling anymore. They did make some amends with this episode though.
I DID notice the hand thing, that was kinda written all over this episode, and it was so cute! I loved it, when Chuck checked if Blair noticed the hand thing and how she would react. Within the past episodes he has grown, this time it was a bit of a relapse, but oh well - whatcha gonna do when your best friend is dating the one you love and rubs it in your face? Surely you take action.
Serena is just plain dumb. And it gets worse every episode. The money-thing was obivous, but I still like/d whatever-his-name-was-schemer.
Georgina definetly gives Sparks, as she should. Loved the 180 turn :D
And I agree with someone from the previous pages: I don't get the whole Rufus thing either. I mean.. yes the pride part but shouldn't a good father swallow it for his childrens sake?

Lilly Lean, when you misheard (4/28/2009 2:55:05 AM) S calling Nate a "catman" she said "kept man" - the Duchess kept him as a mister-ess ;)
Whether it was sex for money, or a more experienced older woman, that made Nate a better lover this time round... I don't even want to know!

Lily, I love ur perspective on the whole Nate and Blair situation because before I read that I would have never thought of it in that way, but it makes perfect sense and I can see what u mean now.
My favorite scene hands down was the scene in the limo between Chuck and Blair...from when they were holding hands to them looking in the mirror and fixing themselves up at the same time..lol...i thought it was a brilliant way to show just how alike and perfect Chuck and Blair are for each other.
My favorite quote came from B with the "he's having her cake and eating urs too"!! loved it!!
I cannot wait until Monday because there are very few scenes within these episodes that show N/B/C/S together all at once, especially scheming together....and add to that Georgina Sparks!!!...cant wait!!

Blair: You say I always bet against you. Not this time. I'm all in.
