Why wasn't C at Blairs b-day party???!! he didn't even acknowledge it! It was one year ago that for the first time he admitted that he liked her; what, did the writers actually think we would forget about the butterflies?! Are they Insane?! The writers better redeem this week's Chairless episode with something spectacular next week! They should at least have one scene w/the two of them on B's actual b-day.
oh, and Jenny: still don't like her. Aaron: give me a break....Lame!
Okay, the angry rant is over.... to end on a positive note, I loved that Chuck is getting closer to his father. He was so adorable! I still can't believe he said "please".... *sigh* oh, and he and Blair both looked gorgeous as hell (as usual)

I actually have to disagree with the lack of character development. In fact, they are developing Blair's character with each episode. Last episode she could have gotten into Yale by using her usual trickery, however she chose not to. Tonight, while she started off on the wrong foot, she ended on the right one by going after Cyrus and offering to patch things up between him and her mom. Also, even as she was telling her mom about the Cyrus' affair in his past marriage, she looked as if she didn't want to tell her mother, as if it was more out of habit and impulse than the actual need and want to be vindictive and manipulative. I wonder why they didn't have Jenny call Serena. They were never exactly close, but Serena obviously has a big heart, AND I do believe Serena's mother might help Rufus give into Jenny. I sincerely hope that she doesn't divorce her dad. While her father and her are not seeing eye to eye, he definitely isn't a runner-up for the bad father of year award. Everything he's done has only been out of love, unlike everyone else's mothers. Also, Jenny approached her father soooooo wrong. Giving your father an ultimatum? I don't think so, not the same guy who was trying to turn you in to the police, lol. I do agree that Jenny has changed a LOT, however, she's not a bad kid. She just needs some guidance and a strong female influence in her life. She may appear all strong and rebellious but just as we saw tonight when she was crying, she is still a fifteen year-old girl going through a lot of stuff all alone. This guy that Serena is seeing...there are no words. He is a hot mess. Serena shouldn't compromise how she feels about casual dating. I think she's just feeling lonely. I think he does really like her, however he isn't a good look for her.

AHHHH i JUST READ THAT THE LAST EPISODE BEFORE THE STUPID WINTER BREAK IS EPISODE 11! THAT IS NEXT WEEK!!! THE ONE AFTER WILL NOT BE ON TIL JANUARY!!!!!!!!! OMGWTF!

What the hell. I expected so much better out of this episode.
* Whats up with Serena! Aron and Serena oh please, he's playing her, and she's giving in after 4 encounters with the 'other' woman. Yet they make up. That disgusts me. Bitterly
* I do miss Blair and Chuck, but I think they'll find each other soon.
*I must say Chuck is growing up to be a young man. I'm seeing him mature each episode along with Blair.
Mostly, the episode could have been better. A lot better.
P.s : Do anyone this season 1 was better. I'm at an if-if stage.

I agree with lea. The preview made this episode seem really intense. It was actually kinda boring. Blair's birthday party was lame. I thought the writers would have came up with something more bold for her 18th. I hate Aaron. If I wanted to see some greasy hipster douche, I could just walk down the street in most areas where I live. It seems like during the last few episodes, he makes a major screw up and then shows up right before the credits ( inspirational music comes on in the backround) he says some generic romantic line and she falls for it ( almost always in inapropriate attire). Whatever. Seems like the writers are trying to turn Bart around so it will really hit home for Chuck when he dies. Blair and Chuck are really growing up. I hope not too much.

I agree that season 1 was way better. Back then I was dying to see episodes, but now there is nothing too exciting to see. I think the writers are going too far to get viewers. Like getting Jenny a divorce from her parents? Most people don't change like that in just one year. And Aaron is officially a douch and Serena is even more so for wanting to be with him. He lacks any sort of personality. I actually liked Dan in this episode which is somewhat a first. All in all this season is not getting me very excited

well where should i start with this episode?.... serena got mad at aaron like a zillion times for effing other chicks yet she keeps crawling back to him in her undergarmets!! wut the efff?
oh yeah nd since when does chuck bass know how to read he was acting all depressed nd sensitive when him and bart had their lil heartwarming talk.
on a personal level ive hated jenny since day 1, she is slowly begining to look like a heroine addict as the season goes on and gets herself into the craziest shananigans, it annoys the ship out of me!
i think dan has been getting kind of sneakyish these last episodes, y cant he just leave the bass fam alone? first he exploits chuck nd now bart?!!?
i was devestated when i realized i wouldnt be getting my daily dose of chace crawford, damn
cyrus rose is officially the omb diggity, he is 5 feet of yummy totally jk!!
btw if cyrus nd his ex wife had aaron during the vietnam war, wouldnt that mean aaron is like in his late forties now?
other than the aforementioned critiques, this ep was ayight, frankly, i was more impressed with the big bang theory episode tonight.... sorry cw

i dont think soo allison about jenny since first season she has been the same manipulate and vulnerable girl she doesnt have a true opinion she needs to build her character, she thinks that only because she is JENNY HUMPREY she can eat the whole world... =S
what about senera is she crazy? have some self respect!! if you dont respect yourself about having a "boyfriend" who dates with 3 girls more besides you and you are ok with that means that you dont care about youre self.. she needs to realize that she deserves better.. and btw he isnt that cute to be a womanizer you know.. i prefer nate
