OH MY GOD! I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THE END! oh god. i loved it! like... finally blair maybe understands that she should have taken chuck BEFORE marcus came, even though C left her waiting at the end of the last season and didn't told those three words! and oh well... this was so sexy and i love that blair have to run after chuck now! yay! :D

The vanessa/chuck thing is terrible. I don't like her and I definitely do not quite see chuck liking her. It felt like a waste of space.
I am angry about Chuck's insistance that Blair work for him now. Allow me to list the ways that he has actively hurt her and which he should make up for before she sees fit to forgive him and let him talk to her again:
1. left her in france alone
2. destroyed her debute
3. rejected her after arranging for her to be reviled and deserted by everyone
4. arranged for her to be reviled and deserted by everyone
5. blogged about their sex life
6. apologized to her, sworn he had changed and then see one above
He should still be working for her to even look at him sideways.

I just wondered if anyone noticed that when vanessa shows blair the pic on her phone the date below it is def august 28 or something lol...the editors totally should have fixed that somehow especially if they were gonna do a close up of the phone :)
but whatever im still obsessed...cant wait til jenny/nate:)))))

Wow.
I am totally in love with this episode!
When the frames would freeze in the last scene, I seriously thought it was my t.v. combusting because of all that Blair and Chuck hotness!
Now that that's been said...
I love the arc of the Chuck/Vanessa friendship. I agree that the most that they can be is friends, and, hopefully, she'll bring out the real side in him..
Role reversals, much?
Chuck is pulling a Blair and Vanessa is his Lord Marcus..
I'm expecting that Blair will pull a Chuck in the next episode with the "Have sex with me" line..
I'm loving this season more & more!

OMG THIS EPSIODE CHANGED EVERYTHING. i was a huuuuugeeeeeeee B and C fan, but now i kinda hate blair. VANESSA AND CHUCK WOULD BE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GREAT TOGETHER, Blair thought she was the one bringing out good in chuck, but the truth is, she's not. I'm so for VANESSA AND CHUCK. you'll see you get tired of blair and vanessa will be the star of the show! plus i love her style.

So, this was definitely my favorite episode so far, like I'm pretty sure that everyone agrees with.
I just wanted to point out some parts of the episode that I thought were foreshadowing for the whole chuck/blair thing, which I love. I can't wait for them together! Anyways, back to the point. When Chuck and Blair run into eachother at school, Chuck says something along the lines of "We're inevitable Waldorf" which I think they both know deep down and was the producers way of telling us not to give up hope. Also, if you notice when blair is rejecting chuck and says something like "regardless of whatever attraction my body has for you, my head knows better". I think that it's TOTAL foreshadowing that something in future seasons is going to come up where it's her HEART she has to listen to, not her head.
And as far as the whole last scene with blair and chuck, I totally totally can't wait for them together, but I just don't think it was the right time. One, I think that blair and chuck are the type of people that for them to really have a relationship with eachother, they need to start out on equal footing for it to work (aka blair has to chase chuck like he chased her) and two, I didn't want her to say I LOVE YOU just because chuck asked her to. It needs to be said in the moment and be truly heartfelt, whenever happens, and whoever says it first.
So in the mean time, while everyone's waiting for them to finally get together, i'm excited to watch blair 'chase' chuck... should be fun!

I hate Vanessa as well, I've been waiting for them to kill her off since the first episode she was on. I love Blair and Chuck together. I literally screamed when Chuck grabbed Vanessa's arm i wanted to puke
..she's so ugly and she's been with every guy on the show Dan,Nate and now maybe Chuck (god i hope not). I even thought at one point they might put her with Rufus, so glad they didn't gross..Posted 10/21/2008 3:24:00 PM #
