I am not worried at all about C and V hooking up because it is obvious that CB are meant to be. CV can make a cool friendship. I can just imagine how much fun it can be to see Chuck and Vanessa talking at drinking booze at the bar. They can talk to eachother about the others like Chuck can tell her that Dan wrote about him and how he still wants Blair. Vanessa could tell him that she still misses Nate but he lives at the Humpreys and Nate hooked up with Jenny. Poor Chuck wants Nate back to. Then they can end up plotting together against the Humphreys together. I honestly don't mind V getting her dirty on for once just as long as she doesn't go to far like the others. I just want to see her Brooklyn tough side more.

Mrs. Charles Bass are you trying to indicate that Vanessa is a slut? I think not. She had a little romance with Dan when they were like 15 years old but are still friends. Dan lost his to Serena. Her and Nate haven't done anything but kiss. Again I just think Chuck and Vanessa will be friends. If we are talking about that then the old Serena is the worst. She has been with almost all the guys and then some.

I love, love, love Chuck Bass! He is the entire reason I watch this show. I hate Vanessa and don't want Chuck to have anything to do with her. I really hope he and Blair heat things up again.

I think vanessa is going to shake things up bewteen B&C same with N&V. but nothing more then a friendship will come out of it. at least i hope!
Also I think now, after watching the episode a couple times. I think Chuck did the right thing rejecting Blair. at first I was nooooo, but he did the right thing! Blair needs to see theres more to him, even if he did screw Blair over a few times. And seeing as his plan to dethrone B totally backfired.. I don't think Chuck knows what to do anymore!

I agree! ^ and hopefully this will force B to realize how much she does need him and miss him when he's not trying for her anymore; especially when she tries to seduce him and it doesn't work out! (I cannot wait to see exactly how that plays out!)
I wish that B would at least confide in Serena. Speaking of which, I watched the episode again and I absolutely loved when after meeting Eric's boyfriend S said "Chuck. wow, hear that Blair? Chuck." it was hilarious! lol. loved it. :P
anyway, I just think Blair needs to finally admit to herself that she has really deep feelings for this guy; I can totally understand her not wanting to though, only other time she told a guy "I love you" he left her...actually every guy has left/cheated on her whether she said "I love you" or not. It really makes me wonder which one of them (Chuck or Blair) is going to be the first to say it to the other....

Riley- I agree. I'm really excited to see how chuck and blair finally express their true feelings for eachother.
I also think that chuck has been going through a lot these past couple of episodes and that he just wants to be loved. Even though he'll still be the same old chuck, maybe he realized (with the help of vanessa) that he deserves/wants more.

I agree with you as well, JuniorMint: Chuck does just want to be loved! I think he's tired of just always being perceived as the heartless bad guy who will always let you down...I think it all started back in "The Serena Also Rises" when Blair told him, "....and that's because he's something you'll never be: a human being." It really got to him; you could tell by the way he acted the rest of the episode.
He really is the new "lonely boy" like gossip girl said at the beginning of last nights episode.... :(
so, even though I really do not like Vanessa, at least she'll be someone he can turn to as a friend (as long as that's all it is: a Friend). I really hope that he and Nate get back together though; I can't stand when they're arguing!
Now if only Blair will realize that she wants/deserves more with Chuck. (which i think she will eventually, but it's probably gonna take a ton of episodes, if not the entire season...)
