He's with his uncle...they're clearly drinking and partying. You can see this in the old NEW YEAR promo with the song ATTENTION.

He doesn't say, "I love you too lover.." He says, "HELLO to you too lover". I was being sarcastic because Blair was telling him to put the hash out the minute she sees him with out saying hi or anything..
I do wish he'd said, " I love you.."

i am willing to bet money (not a lot, mind you, but i would if i could) that b and jack most definitely DID NOT sleep together or hook up in any way past a kiss at midnight.
firstly, gg writers have always tried to surprise us, to give us a twist with these secrets of theirs, for example serena's 'snuff film' that we were all believing was a simple sex tape. like they would make all these promos and hints at blair and jack sleeping together, then actually have that be the case. it's like chuck falling off the roof: didn't happen.
also, if b slept with jack, why is the first thing she tells s when she first sees her that her 'something horrible' was telling c she loved him? if that something else she has after were sleeping with jack, that would be pretty serious to leave for second.
b just doesn't act like they slept together in her interactions with jack. she'd be substantially more weirded out instead of maintaining her usual strength she has when dealing with him. she acts like a kid whose friend walked in on them in the bathroom or something and is trying to pretend it didn't happen, not like she compromised herself so much as to sleep with him.
and for jack's part, he doesn't hit on her at all, doesn't make any lewd remarks, instead acts condescending like he feels a bit sorry for her and is mostly just humouring her attempts at trying to save face. of course, he'll try to make c think otherwise, because he wants to push him right back into his partying lifestyle so no one will take him seriously (most importantly the board of directors).
the gg blog on the cw's site mentions something about b being MIA at midnight on new year's. my guess? b getting so lonely that she has no one to kiss for new years' that she either (a) went to the bathroom to purge and jack walked in on her with her finger down her throat then possibly held her while she cried, or (b) got drunk and kissed jack.

Hmmm...what if that whole EYES WIDE SHUT storyline has to do with Blair and she went to some orgy with Jack because he told her he wanted to take her mind off Chuck or something and she thought she could trust him. I don't think she did anything though with anyone, but of course jack will make it look like she's a big whore. Savage and Schwartz, during their recent podcast, said Jack Bass was a bad influence on everyone, so I'm thinking maybe he influenced her to do something, take drugs, I don't know...I've guessed so many other things...I'm going crazy!
At this pt, I'm done speculating....the above was my last shot at guessing. All this writing makes me want to start my own gossip girl spoiler site where I just go crazy dissecting promos. I'm seriously becoming a little unhinged with the sneaky promos.
I cannot wait to see tomorrow's episode. All I have to do first is wake up early, go to work (yeah...I'm not a student anymore...bah!), come home, gym and then eat and wait for GG to show.
I started watching GG end of November. Bought Season 1 on sale at Target and then watched Season 2 on line. I'm so obsessed it's scary. I used to be a HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER loyalist but have completely forgetten about it and never watch it (it's on at 830 on Monday when GG is on).
Ok..folks..let's home tomorrow brings us some closure and an ending that's not so terrible.
