but that's exactly what I don't understand about their relationship, they've loved each other for so long yet they keep allowing stupid things to come between them. I know that now an adoption/abortion is a legitimate reason for him to be mad, but he's being ridiculous! I will never be with Lily..or whatever he said to Dan... I just hope he gives her a chance to explain. which I'm pretty sure he will.
I really like them in season 1..just think they made alot of dumb choices. frustrating choices...it's like, Come on guys! realize that this love is a once in a lifetime thing and make it work!
Lily really frustrates me, the way she is as a mother that is, but I love Rufus and think he really deserves a chance to be happy.
have to add though, that I do still love Blair/Chuck and want them together...just can't seem to help myself =] I think it's a disease...

I totally agree. Yes, many relationships are complicated, and I missed all of season 1 (catching up with my box set now). Bit I know the jist of it. The last choice she made was for her daughter which was very respectable and understandable but at the same time, it makes me wonder, at 16/17 one can hardly (rarely) expect a relationship to last a life time, honestly. Dan and Serena are far too young to think that thier love and relationship can last forever (it happens but it's RARE...).
Of course Lily will be allowed to explain, he went there that's the first step aknowledging there's a problem, second talking about it, third will be trying to work it out. I cross my fingers this will not be allowed to come between them. Forgivness can take a while sometimes, I'm rooting for them!
I love Rufus too, he's great!

Would you forgive someone who kept your child a secret from you and gave him up without your consent? To add insult to injury, the child has since died and never knew you and you will never meet him?
Explanation from Lily? well, that is possible but if she did not want the child, she should tell the father, i.e. Rufus. He may want to keep him. However, Rufus was never given the respect nor the chance to do so.

I still don't understand how Andrew Tyler's alive but not Bart. Realistically...if two people got in a car accident, and one died...wouldn't the other at least be injured?

It's already obvious that the actor is at the snowflake ball, and what the world needs is more Bass!!! Chuck could have a baby sib, YES!!! And like the writers are going to tell us the truth!
Erik is an awesome character, can he have a real storyline please? Like who are his and Serena's dads? they must be diff since Lily was never with anyone that long - so why are both dads awol?

I would agree with you, but I'm just too sick of seeing them waltz around each other for so long and trying to get over the other and then professing their feelings and so on and so on...that I just want there to be closure. Especially when they've been like this for 20+ years...just end it for good or be together for good.
Ironically, I love Chair and the whole basis of their relationship is an endless back and forth...does this make me a hypocrite? I think not. B and C are teenagers so we can allow them this. Although, if they aren't together by the end of season 2, I'll...well, I don't know what I'll do, but I WILL be really upset. (I know, frightening, right?) :-]

I know what you mean SK! If C & B aren't together by the end of the season I will stop watching too. These two rock the show! I haven't seen that kind of chemistry in two actors in a long time. They remind me a bit of the Thornbirds (totally different story of course) but they keep coming back to the thorn........

I don't know it's just a gossip or not, but I hope someday it's happen :)
