1. Chuck and Vanessa - I LOVE IT!!! i will probably get bashed for this, but idc. they're interesting and make an unusual yet lovable couple. chair was getting pretty annoying there and i was seriously ready for the break
2.Nair - eh, it's whatever. at least chace crawford will get more on screen time. he may not be the best actor but he's not bad, plus he's quite beautiful as i'm sure most men and women would agree
3. serena - bitch!!!! so annoying throughout the whole show, and not just because of her voice. i usually like her but she was so immature. "I'm gonna throw a sophisticated party to show Poppy I'm still capable of being on page 6 and showing up those other high school girls who think their parties are better than mine. Oh and it's for jenny's birthday" then running off to spain when she doesn't get her way
4. Dan and Scott? - seriously??? His one fan just happens to be the adopted brother of dan's half brother? i know this is television but that is just one mighty big coincidence if you ask me
all in all though, great episode
but this whole skipping a bunch of weeks in between a few shows is getting extremely annoying

Oh yeah, I actually love Vanessa's character and am glad she's actually getting some good plot lines again instead of stalking dan around the other UES kids

Wow. GREAT episode! I've been waiting for a Nair reunion ever since they broke up in the first place. Blair's right - it feels easy because it's right. Blair deserves a nice guy who wants to be with her with no strings attached. I love how they start as friends first and then become a couple again. They don't rush in with sex. (Thanks to Nate.) I love how Nate called Dorota to ask her where Blair's favorite place was so they could have their ''first kiss'' - that was so romantic :). I hope Chuck and Vanessa stay together for a while - they have good chemistry (which explains their real-life dating). Is bad Serena back? I kinda hope so - the good, sweet act was getting old.Posted 3/30/2009 10:42:23 PM #

I loved this episode as well. Among the highlights:I found it very exciting that Serena is returning to her bitch/wild child status. It was sort of becoming extremely unbelievable that she was that to begin with what with her cutesy relationships with everyone who surrounds her. I'm ready to see her do some serious drugs and get arrested.
I also found it awesome that Eric had some on screen time. I actually really love the Eric/Jenny combo and I'm hoping once everyone else goes to college, they will actually make weekly appereances.
Two things did bother me: The fact that Jenny was being such a whinny little girl was a bit annoying. I actually really enjoyed Jenny when she was trying to beat Blair at her own game, I really think they should bring back the mean girl action. In fact as much as I hate Penelope and those dumbas*es, it was refreshing to once again see their bitchyness.
What bothered me the most is, I'm totally fine with Chuck and Vanessa, I'm pretty flexible when it comes to couples and stuff...but did anyone notice that ther was absolutely NO chemistry between the two? It bothers me because I was expecting to see a super steamy kiss between the two given that they're in a relationship together, but Vanessa seemed more grossed out than anything. I don't know, I felt the same about Carter and Blair... pretty weird.
Lastly I'd like to say, that no matter how many teenage girls come on here and whine and cry about how they're ruining the show, please writers, don't completely be fooled by this. Those of us who are older and understand that a show must take many twists and turns (because really? if chuck and blair got together now, there would be nothing worth fighting for, sinking the ship even more) are enjoying the show and will enjoy it no matter how many odd twists the show takes.

"but did anyone notice that ther was absolutely NO chemistry between the two?"
Seriously? I thought they had great chemistry, especially in their last scene.

seder PROMO; yeah that is def. NOT vanessa, at all. Vanessa is darker skinned, and has coarser hair.. it looks like B.. orrr it could be one of his many other females, or it could very well be V but using someone else in the promo to confuse us.
&& is Scott the love
child with lily & rufus? or is Scotts father the love child??

yes i agree! thank you soooo much :)
i LOVED the episode and the next one looks amazing too
btw eric's hair is a million times better!
one other thought: remember the spoiler pictures of serena getting arrested.. does anyone else think that that has anything to do with the whole carter in santorini deal??

BassIsAlpha thanks for liking what I said, but I really do feel that those of us who still enjoy the show need to speak up because I feel a lot of the complaining on here are random temper tantrums from teenage girls. I happen to think the show is amazing and will continue to be amazing.

Blair: Just because we can't be together doesn't mean I don't love you.
