This episode was pretty good, that is until the last five minutes!
While I am a staunch Chuck/Blair supporter, I do understand why the writers are having her be with Nate at the moment. Like Blair said in the episode, Nate is nice, and I think she deserves a break. Really the only reason I'm fine with it is because I know she and Chuck will probably get together again.
Much like I was fine with Blair and Nate being friends/dating, I was also okay with Chuck and Vanessa kissing to make them jealous - because, this is Gossip Girl, so the characters don't wallow, they get even. I loved the whole episode, and I may have turned my head during the Blair/Nate kiss, but it wasn't completely torturous. And then they let us know that Chuck and Vanessa slept together! - I was shocked yes, but to top it off, they did it again in the morning!
Like I said, I'm not entirely against Chuck and Blair taking comfort in other people for the moment, and if I stretch my imagination I can see Chuck and Vanessa hooking up because they're lonely and they got regected, but then the writers try and make it like they're ready to have some sort of relationship! That part of the plot completely lost me - especially since Vanessa was completely in love with Nate a week ago (not too mention she hates Chuck, the UES, and anything having to do with priveledge. I mean hello! - she ditched Nate because of his family). Not only that, but the writers seem like they're really trying to lower the audiences opinion of Chuck. In the last episode, he was trying to help her, and actually be a good person, and now his plan is to sleep with Vanessa?
Tht was really long, but I needed to let some steam off. The preview for the next episode gave me a little hope, so hopefully they won't butcher the story lines again by making Chuck sleep with Serena in order to win back Blair.
(Oh and a last note: Dan's one and only fan is Lily and Rufus's accidental child? Seriously?)

I really hate but HATEE vanessa she is soo hypocrit, the biggest liar in NY she is soo I'm so good but yes i **** yes **** with Chuck Bass the son of a B* that i Hate so much, because of what represents but still I **** with him...
and seriously Chuck, Im soo CB but now, I really hate the basstard, first because I just love Blair more than any other character, and he just mess the things up, she told you Im not with NAte. just friends and if I were what is wrong with easy (Chuck seriously you dont know how to read btw lines, like Okei maybe nate is not you, maybe i dont love him like I do love you, but he doesn't hurt me like you did and still do!!!! READ BTW LINES!!!)
and cute, do you really call nate and blair cute¿?, since when been a conformist in love is cute? since when being with somebody because he is familiar and comfortable is cute? sorry but I do believe cute is Chuck not spleeping with V and not plotting and saying those words and we know he is going to do it... thats cute, cute all the things that he has said for her like seventeen candles, like are you sure?, like let's take it slow and like is not because they aren't real..... I rather wait and in future blab bla bla thats cute, because is has the word LOVE written all over!
if chuck is not going to be with B, I really like the idea of a new man for her, NATe¿? so not for her!

what a fantastic episode!
not a fan of the whole v & c thing, though v is getting better in my opinion. finally a bit of v not taking the moral high ground and showing some interesting aspects of herself!
i can't wait till next week...i'm hoping we get that little bit closer to c & b finally sorting it all out. it's obvious that b & n are just together out of a need to try hold on to the past, just like what stephanie savage said about trying to hold onto high school when you're moving on to college.
props to the writers for bringing eric back, even if it was only for teeny parts...where was he anyway?
favourite part of the episode was definately dorota talking about v & n, the hair touching comments lol she cracks me up!
looking forward to this s & gabriel marriage story line the promo is hinting at...
ahhh the suspense!

CV SL. It just sucks. I mean whatever happened to V hating C and all of a sudden she plunges herself at C to get back at N. That is so totally immature.
NB SL. I really don't approve of this because of my obsessive love for CB but I think that B is happy with N because she feels secure around him. But I hope these two don't last long especially CV.
Chuck. He really should fight for Blair. Not get revenge. Especially with a little troll named V. Ew. Gross. I agree with the others that C has to fight for B.
Jenny. I don't like her in this ep. She is just soooo boring. As usual.
Serena. I think that her bad girl ways are coming back and it's something to look forward to. I think it would be really exciting.

I actually didn't like this episode that much.
Serena wasn't her normal self, the only scene including her that I liked was when she said: "Eww gross!".
Blair wasn't her normal self either, besides the quick convo with Chuck.
And Chuck and Vanessa having sex? Come on, there was way to much hate between those 2 to even justify a one-night-stand.
There just wasn't -that- much to do in this episode, I hope the next one is better.

YESH! YESH! YESH! BLAIR AND NATE SHOULD BE TOGETHER, BUT CHUCK AND VANESSA? OOOH ENOUGH WITH THIS AUSTENSIAN DRAMA. A TALENTED INDEPENDENT ARTIST AND A BILLIONER BUSINESSMAN? SOCIALIST VERSUS CAPITALIST THING IS PLAYING TOO FAR FROM GROUND.
