Im not so sure about that bassisalpha, because when they (the media: named E!, entertaiment weekly, whatever), they always says that the writers know chair is the main couple now, (we know it wasn´t at the begging), but they have a lot of strengh because of the fans, so they can't mess them up.
but at the same time they can't put them together because (i don´t know why seriously, I'd love to see them together and trying to be a normal couple) they think fans will get boring!, so they are making storylines for others not for chair..
soo yes they aree the IT couple!, just see the pics and all the sparkles...

Just cause they are the main couple doesn't mean the show revolves around them, a lot of fans think so though, which is sad, but what can be done about that, all I care about is that this show is as entertaining as can be, I don't care if that involves Chair not being together, why get so attached to a tv couple that you don't even care about the overall product? I want Dair to get together, but I won't be upset if they never do, as long as the show stays fresh and entertaining, GG> couples on GG.

Probably going to repeat things everyone has already said, but I didn't have the patience to read all 8 pages. Anyways,my overall thoughts on the episode:
Dislikes
1. The play and the nanny storylines overall sucked. I mean, I get that Elle was supposed to be the one to tell Chuck to give his heart to someone who really cares, but it was so quick and superficial (him falling for her and her playing him) that it just seemed shallow. The play was just kinda weird. They could've spent much more time on it and made it much more funny.
2. Serena's crush on the play director was just annoying. Ever relationship she has been in this season has annoyed me. Let's hope they do a better job w/ Gabriel...
3. Miss Carr is the one that makes Blair "see the light" about herself? Didn't like that part at all. Again, seemed shallow.
Likes
1. I'm glad they made Blair lose Yale on her own rather than this big storyline whether she would have to choose between Chuck and Yale. That would've been lame. So kudos to the writers.
2. Loved loved loved loved loved the scene w/ Chuck and Dorota at the end. I think Chuck's "I'll wait" (besides being majorly sweet), was also major foreshadowing for the rest of the season and how he is going to have to really fight to get Blair back.
3. Nelly Yuki in the fat suit was funny. Only interesting thing about the play IMO.
4. I actually kinda liked N/V together this episode. Kinda sad they're going to rip them apart now.

blair and chuck will be together soon. Glad Elle is gone, what a bitch! I like Vanessa, I always have, i don't get why other poeple don't and I like N/V together. I'm glad there was very little Jenny cuz that girl was sooooo freakin annoying i couldn't stand her anymore. And Blair is loosing her throne and they need to throw penelope out cuz Blair can't loose her place so close to the end.Posted 3/17/2009 4:27:22 PM #
