yeah sure he'll tell her 'I love you'. but after he found nates jacket... i'm not so sure he'll tell her right away.

my favourite scene was the dan/serena slap scene... i watched it over and over again on youtube later... blake and penn both started laughing and kind of "improvised" the rest of the scene... wow! they really have a certain chemistry.

And i'm kind of excited for the N/B thing. Chaces acting is a lot better with Leighton as it was with Jessica. i don't know why. just my opinion.

Can I just say that this was the best episode I have seen in a looong time?! This was definitely back on track to the old GG eps that made me fall in love with the show in the first place. Nate and Blair have much better chemistry than they did in season 1. Maybe Chace Crawford has matured as an actor, but something has changed for the better. All I can say, is that I loved the interaction between them. I'm glad they set this up so we get to see the old Chuck again. I miss him. The Chuck that was an asshole and would tear down anyone who stood in his way. It's just too bad it has to be Nate in his warpath...There are a lot of different shippers on this site. With that said I have to address two main parties. N/B vs C/B. I don't know why there are so many bad words said between the two camps. Nate and Chuck both have their faults and we could rant for hours on who is better suited for Blair. But that right there is the common factor. Blair. No matter who you are shipping for, you are ultimately a Blair fan. So it really comes down to, who can give Blair the future she desires while also fulfilling her emotional needs. Blair is sensitive. She might be tough on the outside, but she has a very soft heart. Chuck might give her great sex(he's had enough practice), but that doesn't mean he would make a great husband. Nate is more sensitive like Blair. Sure he has ****ed up, but Nate is never evil. Plus, now his family wants him to be a successful politician, which would suit Blair's future plans. Chuck will be running a worldwide company, which doesn't leave him much time. Not anywhere close to the attention that Blair needs. (Remember Bart?? He was never available) I don't care who Blair ends up with as long as she ends up happy. But the way this series is going, it looks like she might end up like Catherine from Wuthering Heights.I also have to address the problem of Nate cheated on Blair and then didn't really want to be with her anymore. Nate was with Blair for five years and they never had sex. Sometimes people who have been together for a while want to know what they are missing. We still don't know exactly what lead up to Serena doing it with Nate. (Which reminds me, will we ever find out what the hell Serena was like before she left??? They constantly reference it, but they never elaborate.)We can't draw accusations about what we don't know about. Lastly, Dan was awesome in this ep. Seriously had the best one-liners . Very pleased about that. I was starting to dislike him.

I haven't seen the episode yet (I live in Europe) but I've seen the ratings on Spoiler tv and they're not good. I believe that it's time the GG fans (NBers, CBers, NVers, NJers etc) reunite and support the show, otherwise there soon will be no "-ers" to fight against! I'm a hardcore CBer myself, but I' m prepared to settle and have Chuck and Blair apart if the writers cannot give them the relationship they deserve as a couple in order to save the show. Provided of course that Chuck and Blair's interactions would be hot and intriguing even in a "enemies" sort of way

PLEASE REPLY 2 THIS COMMENT!!i know that tripp was kinda drunk when he gave vanessa that hug, but didn't it seem a little too tender?(not sure if thats the best word...)And then with the fact that he's supposed to be a kind-of player - as reported on a spoiler - i wondered if that was supposed to mean anything? Or am i just getting a bit too deep??

Fashionista- I think you might be reading a little too far into it. He was looking at her like that because he was drunk. That was why he gave her like a double hug and had a glazed look on his face. This was also what prompted Vanessa to say "Enjoying yourself?" or something along those lines. To which he replies "Top shelf". As in top shelf alcohol. I don't think he was really aiming to hit on her. I mean if he liked her he wouldn't have spilled the beans about the internship like that. He would have wanted to keep her happy so he could hang around her with Nate more.

How come the show is so centered around B so much lately? Don't get me wrong, I love leighton (I think she's a great actress and very pretty), but where's Serena in all this??? I friggin' LOVE blake lively (she's so cute and adorable and a "smart" blonde if you ask me) Seems like she only has bit parts in the show these days.... bring Serena back! The episode where she (wearing just a lil neglige) and the artist run off together into Central Park at the end with "Sex on Fire" playing in the background had me reminising for daze... ;-)

I also don't understand why Chuck turned down B when she came onto him at the party? Omg... if I was C, and B had been THAT seductive around me (even of she was just trying to blow off steam) I would have gone for it and thrown caution to the wind!! You only live once... plus... it would have been a rediculously hot 'Chair' scene. Rawr. But noooo... dumb writers have to turn everything into a soap opera. Who's to say C knows B well enough to know that wasn't the 'real' her, anyway?

I dunno... the way the writers portray these charecters, they're not fully rounded on the show (like there's lots of 'gray matter' that goes on in their lives- behind the scenes that we don't see on the 'black and white' episodes). Yanno?

LOL!  Yeah laur I know what you mean!  Either Chuck should've just take what Blair was offering up (like he did in V/V) or Blair should've tried harder to seduce Chuck!  Not only kiss his sensuous mouth (of course) but also start undoing his tie, his shirt, his pants, etc.  I mean its Chuck Bass, the ultimate seducer, if he loved her he'd eventually succomb...I think.

I really liked that chuck and blair didnt have sex... blair wasnt being herself, if chuck had taken her he would be taking advantage of her... the scene only showed me that chuck cares about blair and he doesnt want only sex
